    Great tips and would love to see the poppy developed into a painting. I am very grateful for the tip to use a pin in the lid - definitely controls application and stops it morphing all over the house 😱!! Brusho is amazing once you can get SOME control over it!!

      So pleased you found the tips helpful Chris, especially the pin in the lid. I like the idea of the poppy... I think I will add it to my future list of tutorials! Thank you :)

    So enjoyed this with new ideas to use my Brushos, but best part was that I have been struggling to get looser with making artful marks and have never tried a stick. Had to go right outside and get me one! Amazing how it makes a difference! Who knew? 😅

    Brilliant Karen. I have the Brusho it but because of it's vibrancy and unpredicatability it is difficult to find an application for it. Love your ideas and the flower especially. At the moment I am trying to create the background to a woodland using Brusho for both the background and the foreground so it is going to be one colourful woodland - or a hot mess which isa lot more likely 😂

    • @KarenRiceArt
      @KarenRiceArt  3 года назад +1

      I love the idea of your woodland using Brusho Dearbhla! I would be very interested to see how it turned out! I do agree on the vibrancy and unpredictability of Brusho. So pleased you like the flower. May do a full length tutorial on this... watch this space! Happy painting :)

    I have a brusho set and played with them, but I have mixed feelings about rhem. Although I only have a tack hole and thought I was shaking the crystals sparingly onto the paper; it was not sparingly enough. I was careful, but the colors eventually muddied together in some places and I discovered tiny specks of color everywhere, enen on the wall infront of me. Next time I will use the tiniest bit and work outdoors.

      Hi Linda, I know what you mean about mixed feelings. Those little crystals can get everywhere. Great idea about working outside. Bring on the spring! :)
