@@eljskitchen Don't mean to a bug but I literally just found your channel yesterday and I watched another video today and I heard you say your name Tamika(sometimes spelled with an e instead of I) but anyhow, I'm from Philly and though I have lived in 7 states and about 20 cites over the last 24 years I have never heard of anyone outside of Philly with the name. Would you happen to be from Philly?

I flip mine because I like the skin to stay crispy.
