  • In this session, viewers will find 3 exercises/drills that can be done to improve one's acceleration and top speed during a sprint. Football is a game that is primarily played over short distances, and most sprints that footballers will make in a game will be (on average) 20-30m in length, hence why top speed and acceleration especially are crucial. Footballers should take these drills and add them to their training as useful tools for getting faster and more rapid.
