I just did another set of the second exercise since I don’t have access to a goal or as much space as u did on the last exercise (the one where he included the ball) Thx these vids help a lot

Just something to think about, I do alot of running and been told heel flicks are bad exersices to do as they teach you bad running technique. I'm sure you know what your doing though and keep it up.
I wish I had the dedication to better myself physically earlier on in life. I missed out on my chance to play college soccer and I regret it everyday. Still, I find that conditioning for soccer is really the best training out there for general fitness. Gotta get back into it
