  • How to Sprint with the Ball
    Running at speed is hard enough. Add a football to the equation and it can be an awkward situation all around. Well, fear not!
    In todays video we’ll discuss all the steps to get you up and “running” (sorry about that).. for your first speed dribble of the ball. We’ll also talk about how to change direction, dribble through players and of course.. STOP ✋
    I really hope you enjoy this one. Let me know what step most stuck out to you.
    Cheers Folks,

      For me it’s a bit different I just realized there’s never been a problem with my dribbling and the only thing limiting it was my heavy shin pads and the ankle strings attached to it for my stronger foot I found a lighter shin pads and for my other one I just cut the ankle strings now I feel so relaxed when playing and I can make use of my pace

    I think all the key of sprint, stop and make turn is about controlling the gravity of the body.
    When you sprint, you're bending your knees. To your body, it means down the gravity.
    And when you having body touches, you also need to down your gravity to prevent been knocked away.

Im just too scared if i buy a ball it'll just sit there or I'll miserably play alone on the fields filled with trash. Or play on a hard road and f up my legs. I think it's honestly just me scared to go outside my comfort zone. Whatever, it's not like i can't live without it.. or should i?

      It’s definitely tough playing a sport that’s not super accessible, but I would encourage you to really give it a crack, even if it’s at home in the living room. Just learning the basics, and getting your foot on the ball is super rewarding.
      Once you start I bet it will be hard to stop. And who knows, once you dive into it, you may realize that others are in the same position as you, that you could play with 🧡

    Hey pls answer i want to ask about ive heard when you dribble at speed you should extend your leg so when you hit the ball it is naturally a soft touch and it allows you to hit your top speed is it true?

    • @subutaynoyan5372
      @subutaynoyan5372 7 месяцев назад

      No it's not, the leg extension is actually done with a specific interval in mind. When you're in your high speed zone, you want to keep a measure of control on the ball you're not making youself faster, you just want a long leg span to protect the speed you picked up but you should also be able to carry the ball with you.
      Having long strides to keep the ball in control is a good method at open space. But if you're going to attempt your top speed, you will have to use longer knocks
