I really enjoyed the meditation, especially the absence of background music-it was refreshing not having it blasting in my headphones. However, the frequent muting and unmuting of the microphone was distracting and took away from the experience.
I'm glad you enjoyed it. As far as the microphone muting in and out, I think it must be your browser as it doesn't sound that way at my end.

While I enjoy the meditation, I hope I don't trick myself into thinking I am a tree.
😂 My body is literally growing like i tree now i mean i can feel my body wanting to grow branches. It was amazing, as i saw the roots then my body took over i could feel the tree growing huge. Ive done these before but not for a long while. I obviously needed the big strong tree to feel very grounded 💜🙏💜
When I was a baby my grandmother put my umbilical cord inside a tree 😮

I feel so good.. I just left from outdoors for 10 mins to walk my yard barefooted ( it's been raining, but I needed it) and came it and did this video for the first time.. I feel even more better..I can feel my feet vibrating. It's been doing it for a week, but now after doing this visualization meditation and picturing myself as a tree with roots coming out of my feet vibrating. I will embrace it.. no pain.. just high vibration.. I feel good. Thank you for this video. I've saved it
