Bro having Decimate in C Tier is diabolical. The legendary Decimate at Level 16 deals 4163% Dmg + 15% Attk increase for 12 seconds. That's insane. Also, it consumes way less MP and has a shorter cooldown than which means the 15% Attk buff never goes away 🤯
That’s fair enough 😂 But for me I personally feel like there’s better options out there and I can only speak from my personal experience which is why you like decimate so much because you’ve used it a lot plus when I rank the skills it’s based off of all of the runes and vital strike has no good elemental options for you to use where as other dps skills like dagger toss and mutilate do besides skills with no elements like decimate aren’t anywhere near as useful as ones that do in difficult content like WOBL and it’s not that they can’t be used but in my opinion I think there’s way better options but if you find that decimate works really well for you then great 😃
But you got magnifying slashes that does way more damage and decimate doesn’t really have any elemental nor break so its not as useful. B Tier might be more reasonable than C js as you said tho
I mean I don’t think it’ll be bad to spend them now because you can get them every week but if you want to you could wait until jeju island comes out to see if they release any new sets
Personally I always try to use the correct elemental skills just for the 150% damage bonus because I don’t think any skills utility can really do that outside of magnifying slashes etc
