Here is my crappy napkin math for Heroic Intuit . 175 int to hit the 700 attack max so this is based off me being lvl 95 with everything in strength (not counting the base stats). At 620 that is 2,781 attack and taking away 165 point to add into int (165 because we start with 10) we are at 455 which is 2,141 attack. Subtracting them is 640 so we would be gaining 60 attack with Heroic Intuit's max of 700 plus 4.25% cooldown and some mana. Because of the diminishing returns in strength the numbers will be different in other cases for example with the real stats on my lvl 95 account: (These are without base stats added) I have 125 in perception, 495 in strength so 2,302 attack. I take away 165 to put into Int and end up with 330 strength so 1612 attack. I lose 690 attack but gain 700 from Heroic Intuit with a difference of 10. I would be replaceing Heroic Reawakening with Heroic Intuit which i don't see the 10 attack, 4.25% cooldown and some mana over the 12% cooldown being worth it right now.
I would recommend new players the same, but add atleast 70 including base stat on health. Just to give a slight edge on not dying. They can do this until they're level 50~60 and above. Where their health is probably around...i can't remember, 6000 hp? Its probably higher than that. Focus on leveling.

Is the epic intuit worth it? Ive tried several similar stat builds and the extra attack from the rune doesn't seem to reflect. Still getting a clear 2k'ish extra from pure attack

Nah Heroic is good I run it with with 175 this add roughly 700 basic attack while reducing cooldowns while adding attack is huge and definitely worth the slot
I hope they remove the gold cost to change gear and reset stats. If they can't remove the gold cost at least let us have a stat and set build for SJW that we can change between. As always, thanks for the video Zaff.

I got past most of the game (just before the juju Island Story Chapters) with 70 -80 in precision & HP because I suck at dodging and the rest in attack. I left intelligence and agility alone. Moon shadow and the light SSR gun that deals brake damage were my top 2 wepons.

I'm not sure about it, but I experienced it twice. It looks like the perception stat point requirement increases as you level up for SJW. Before, I required 110 points for 99% precision when I was Lv. 95, but when I reached Lv. 96 after the update, the requirement increased to 115 points. I was confused back then. Today I reached Lv. 99, and now it requires 120 points for 99% precision.
Issue is, there is no "set" amount because it depends on the enemy level, unless you want to reset per battle, just go with 100-250 depending on your gems/weapons, but your damage wont be destroyed if you're not on the money perfectly with the stat! There is a sheet with formulas on it you can input your stats with, I'll find it when I'm on my PC and link it here!

Intuit is a passive bonus, it wont show on the stat page

For Intuit, it says the basic attack increase by 6, so it doesnt increase attack. Unless this is worded wrongly and you have done some testing?
Yup! It’s horrible wording, it’s a “passive” attack bonus that scales

it could also be from using weapons at lower advancements and/or no/less precision gems
