That modify shxt was so garbage to me, I would always get damage reduction or hp on a 3 good stat roll like attack and attack with crit damage. It would always roll into hp or fkn dmg red. I modified the same artifact over 10 times! On top of that it would piss me off becuz I would have to waste materials bcuz it makes you take it to 20 just to reset the artifact which was ridiculous

i tested perception 50 point and compared it with max attk and intuit(heroic). max attk did more dmg than with perception and intuit did the most dmg Idk if my testing is bad
40k attack is extremely achievable if you take advantage of the artifact crafting/reset events. Takes some luck to get a +3 roll into attack on every artifact, but it's very doable.
Ya hp% I think gives more HP but cp if I recall was HP additional (have to double check) right behind healing given. Ya mana consumption is better for the most part but I've seen some people struggle with having enough mp for Mirei so I suggested that. Speed gives most cp as usual

Moonshadow on a5 is the best support weapon, and pair well with a5 plum. But dkd a3 best a10 West Wind as the best weapon in terms of raw dmg. Still, go Moon...

I tested with my own cores (cost me a lot of solid stones though), every single core on every unit gives better results as a flat, so try to get Crit dmg, dmg inc and def pen respectively on 3 of them, so you can use enchants on the stat you lack later
Hey Payne (or anyone here in the comments) I have a question. How do you guys level up so fast? I mean, since the update came out, you've already leveled up twice, which is like 5 million Exp. I'm at level 83, but even though I'm on 2-3 hours a day, I can only level up once a week or less. I do all my story modes, gate clears, collect my offline rewards without it filling up completely, yet I just can't build up Exp as fast as you. Ever since I got to level 80, progress completely screeched to a halt. Beefore I could level up multiple times a week, heck sometimes multiple times a day if I played enough. What am I doing wrong?

because monsters are now higher lvl and the devs explained that they have a crit resistance and because we are lower lvl than them, our crit % lowers. So take ur 4.2k crit - their resistance and u are no longer at 50%. That's why we say to overcrit and get closer to 10k
@PayneBlade and about the stats? Do you have a magical number to atk, CD, penetration and increase damage? My sjw has around 36k, 206, 18 and 22 respectively.
If you are in the endgame content, Yes. Being constanty in the Red Combat Power nerfs all stat numbers. So on paper, you may have 50% CR posted. But the Nerf brings it down to 35-40% [very rough estimate].

Get ur Crit rate to around 10k. Higher level monsters have Crit resistance and will drop ur 50% below that mark

Based on Mousu's tests, Atk% works on Intuit blessing, but it does not show on the stats UI but is only applied in-game

Nothing u are doing wrong, we global day 1 players have just been capped at 95 and as soon as new patch hit we instantly hit 96.
