Saw him for the second time last night. Played the Count Basie in Red Bank, NJ...he and the band were excellent! And Lily Meola was a great opener too...wonderful voice!
Listening to Rays beautiful voice takes you on a flight of fantasy where one’s disability’s just melt away, when I first heard him some year’s ago, I thought I had died and gone to heaven because he surely has the voice of an Angel! thanks for sharing 🙏 with an ageing english rose 🥀 in the Derby’s Peak District. 🥰
Thanks Bernice, you are fabulous! Ray is indeed a healer
:);););););) Thank your for uploading this friend

Ray, I love you, man.
Thank you from the UK for this gift ❤️
Thank you Ray...;love from the UK...love yer and yer sound.....peace and bubbleds from stoke on trent.
Appreciate this upload so much, I’m from the UK 🏴🇬🇧 I really prayed he would do a UK tour - Monovision was my saviour during the lockdown, It’s fantastic from start till end 🤍🧡
Thanks so much, you made my day. Listening to Monovision could make anyone’s day
Same here mate, fantastic album
No Other Way and Highway To The Sun were the perfect bookends to his show (I was at his Pantages show the following night). Makes you forget about all your troubles for a little while when you're in his presence.
I agree, amazing performer. At the end the last two: Morning comes wearing Diamonds and Highway to the Sun blew us away. I also love Summer Clouds, all from the new record! His comments were so deep and personal, I felt one should have to see the show in person to hear those.
@@musicsdca the supporting guitar in Highway To The Sun is mesmerizing; sounds like the lap steel guitar he's had as support many times in the past. I've been lucky enough to go to 12 of his shows over the last 16 years and the other night was the second most talkative I've seen him (the first being when he did a solo acoustic tour in the fall of 2009). His stories and insight are a gift to listen to.
@@gloworm106 Only seen him once before, Gossip in the Grain Tour. Amazing show, of course. This tour seems like Ray has a new appreciation for life, his fans, the days of not performing certain songs seem over, etc. He is almost joyful, and the audiences are right there with him, in his hand. Thanks for supporting him all these years!
Thanks for this. We're seeing him in Philly June 1st. I'm going with hubby as he loves him, I know 2 songs. But this gives me a feel for what's coming.
La sua musica parla con il mio mondo interiore
Saw him at the Louisville Palace and it looks like the same setlist! It was an amazing show! Thanks for the upload!!
Same
Thank you so so much for sharing!
THANKS!!!!
Ariel Bernstein is the drummer/multi instrumentalist...
Thanks much! Been awhile since we saw a more understated, unselfish, eloquent performer. His only agenda is to make Ray sound better
41:31 We'll Make It Through
For Me,
This Song Is Both Spiritual & Natural...
💥💥💥💥💥💥💥💥💥💥💥
💥 Spiritually 💥
It's Like God Is Saying To Me...
Don't Be Scared...
Don't Be Afraid...
Lean on me...
Hold Onto Me...
And together, we'll get through
We always do
We always do
When You Can't See The Light...
When There's No Road To Follow...
Don't Be Scared...
Don't Be Afraid...
Lean on me...
Hold Onto Me...
I'll Make a Way, Where There Is No Way...
And together, we'll get through
We always do
We always do
💥💥💥💥💥💥💥💥💥💥💥
💥 Naturally 💥
It's Two People Who Are Partners, SoulMates, Committed For Life: Through Good Times or Bad, Happy or Sad, Healthy or ill, Rich or Poor...
And The Roles of The Partners Could Alternate & Reverse:
Sometimes One of The Partners Is Stronger: Mentally, Spiritually, Emotionally...
Othertimes The Other Partner Is Stronger: Mentally, Spiritually, Emotionally...
Whoever Is The Stronger of The Two Is Saying:
Don't Be Scared...
Don't Be Afraid...
Lean on me...
Hold Onto Me...
And together, we'll get through
We always do
We always do
When You Can't See The Light...
When There's No Road To Follow...
Don't Be Scared...
Don't Be Afraid...
Lean on me...
Hold Onto Me...
And together, we'll get through
We always do
We always do

Ray LaMontagne
Lyrics of The Song
💥💥💥💥💥💥💥
Had our share of the pain
Of the clouds, and the rain
Lean on me, and I'll lean on you
And together, we'll get through
We always do
We always do
I know you're scared 'cause you can't see the light
You toss and turn through the night
Holdin' me, and I'm holdin' you
And together, we'll get through
We always do
We always do
We always do
Where do you go, when there's no road to follow?
Faces look hollow, only strangers to you, now
Where do you turn, when this livin' starts to burn through
Layers that you learned wrap around your heart somehow
I turn to you
I always do
I always do
I turn to you
I know you're scared, can't see the light
Gotta believe it's gonna be alright
Lean on me, and I'll lean on you
And together, we'll get through
We always do
We always do
We always do
We always do
We'll make it through
We always do
We always do

Beautiful, thank you! Indeed the song is very personal to Ray Here's his words on the song a week later: ruclips.net/video/rH0oLDv2o4E/видео.html

Thank You
Nice! I wish he still had keyboards though. And no Ouroboros?
The drummer plays some keyboards and electric guitar. But perhaps this is the more singer songwriter side of Ray.
Saw this show last night and it was excellent. I can't seem to find the names of the drummer and bassist anywhere. They were both so versatile.
Awesome! I put them in the show notes:
Seth Kauffman: Bass Guitar, Vocals
Ariel Bernstein : Drums, Percussion, Keyboards, Electric and Acoustic Guitars, Vocals
@@musicsdca Thank you much!
@@braddowd8804 They were hard to hunt down, took an hour online to find the bassist, then another fan provided the drummer's name. They are excellent, unselfish players, little soloing, etc. Only here to make Ray sound better
@@musicsdca Thanks. Ariel Bernstein playing drums with his left hand and keys with his right was very impressive and something I have never seen before. It was also amazing how Set Kauffman would play those kick and snare pedals with his feet when Bernstein got up to play lead guitar. So versatile!
@@braddowd8804 Didn't notice that, added percussion to Seth's credits. Thanks!
