Never not grateful for you sharing your experiences. They have taught me so much about issues other women deal with and my own migraines. You are also a wonderful reminder that it is more than OK to adapt your work around your health rather than the other way around. Keeping you in my prayers and all the best for this week!💙

Sorry to hear you've had a rough couple of months, and thanks for letting us in. We're here to support you (even if it's just over the internet). I also deal with chronic pain so I know how exhausting the pain can be, and also how exhausting it can be trying to find a "solution" to a problem that's so complex. Sending healing vibes. xx

Interested to hear your updates once you meet with your new gyno. I have always been curious about American healthcare since it is not free like Canada. I’ve heard of people getting great care in the states if they have insurance or the money for it.

yes! I'm learning as I go and there's some clear pros and cons already but I'll definitely talk more about it as I navigate it all :)

I always feel like my pain isn’t enough to be endometriosis. I find myself belittling how I feel.

First off, your pain is valid no matter what others say or even what you tell yourself. If you’re dealing with pain and can’t function normally during your period definitely see a doctor, or even naturopath to look at things holistically to start ♥️ Secondly, it’s easy to minimize our own pain and think it’s not that big of a deal, but YOU are a big deal and feeling your best is. Give yourself space and grace to acknowledge what you’re feeling is real and important to be cared for. Sending you love ♥️
