Kills missed off the top of my head: Reimi, Arnold, the dudes Mista kills in his flashback, Pericolo, the Baby Face homunculi (technically separate from Melone himself), the priest that raised Diavolo and his mother most likely since the town burned down, and Cioccolata's flashback shows at least one old man who committed suicide (at least in the anime). Anime-only, Risotto's gang kills a couple guys from the investigation department.

Technically Diavolo doesn’t die infinite times, as the loop resets everytime Diavolo dies. Also if we count tower of gray’s past victims then stardust crusaders wins
Adding the Golden Wind kills with ∞ will make all other parts look like absolutely nothing.

Silver Eagle Studios the loop resets just before each death as Diavolo will never reach the truth of death so therefore the infinite deaths do not count

I'm actually surprised Golden Wind/Vento Aureo is the lowest. I guess it shows how much tone counts, because its fights are some of the most brutal and has the Jojo with the highest kill count (versus say Part 4 with a mostly non-lethal protag in Josuke) with a mafia atmosphere. That, plus between Grateful Dead and Green Day, and then the unleashing of Silver Chariot Requiem on Rome, it kinda feels like there's a lot more death going on.

People who are forgotten: Pesci's kill on the train conductor and the passenger trying to stop the train, Keicho death by Red Hot Chili Pepper, Kira killed Reimi's dog (also possibly 1 kill to many, as he stated to have killed 48, which ought to include the hand at the start of Part 4.)
