I put 5 of those cups into a blender and make a huge smoothie with avocado (1) and flaxseeds/chia seeds, keto friendly protein powder and water and ice with a scoop of wheat grass powder. The problem is they are taught bad information so they pass on bad information. I am currently in the process of re-training my Doc n this very issue. he also told me that diabetes was a progressive disease and not curable. That being said I am now non diabetic after almost 4 months of proper eating and exercise and using no medication. My Doc is not looking at what I am telling him. I got some high price Neurocare through the mail last year, for nerve pain...and it didn't touch it. After viewing this video, I grabbed an old bottle and checked the ingredients : Benfotiamine 3mg (in two capsules - and you're only supposed to take two capsules a day), and a blend of other B vits, some alpha lipoic acid in a blend of other ingredients totaling : 700+mg (in two capsules). I guess that explains why it failed so miserably! SOOOO glad I saw this video and the one about B1 !!! Thank you!!!

This is confusing because B1 and Benfotiamin are the same thing so the ingredients sounded good to me. I hope you're doing ok now..

It works for humans, it works for dogs. I have been putting my dogs on a no-grains diet and it has worked wonders for their weight and health. All the overabundance of grains, starches and sugars in the modern human diet is slowly catching up with us all in the form of diabetes and other metabolic disorders.

I was asked to repeat the test 2 weeks later with a "fasting" blood test.
In that time, I cut out all the junk food and drink and fruits as well and started cycling, building upto 12 miles/day.
I had the blood test done again, and a few days later called to see the Dr. My count had gone down to 44.

    Awesome information Dr. Berg!!
Thank you soooo much for all the things you have taught to so many people inside and outside the US. I've personally found many answers to a lot of weird things I was experiencing with my health, though I've always been a healthy guy, and I keep on learning from you every day. I have a couple of questions-ideas for future videos: 1) What is the physiology behind the time-under-tension strength training method? Are there any specific foods that help boost the muscle gains with that method? 2) My mother used to suffer from thrombocytopenic purpura, she got treated with prednisolone for one year and as side effects from that drug (I mean, poison) she got glaucoma, infectious cellulitis in her legs (specially the left one), among other things. She also got her thyroid gland destroyed with radioactive iodine. She has progressively recovered from all those things over the last 16 years, but her infectious cellulitis still sticks to her left leg and makes it swell every day; she gets tired very easily as a result. How can she reverse and cure that infection and inflammation? I would really appreaciate your help in these two topics, specially the second one.
You're doing a great job. God bless you.
    Best regards from Colombia!!
