  • Shop at Cabela's cabelas.xhuc.n... If you want to make the best grilled oysters I have even eaten here is the recipe. I love oysters any way you can fix them. I will eat oysters straight out of the shell or baked up as oysters casino or grill oysters like these or my favorite way to eat then oysters Rockefeller. This is an easy recipe that has plenty of flavor. Remember to add the lemon zest I did not show it in the video, I have included it in the recipe.

    Very tasty. We do first the raw oyster soaked in white wine, then add some rasped cheese and some pepper from the mill. Then for some minutes in the oven. You can dress some fine fresh chopped echalottes on it too. If you have the chance to get to France, make sure you'll visit the town of Cancale (Saint-Malo Bretagne) to eat oysters and fresh fish.

    Question Chef. What does a thumbs up on a videi do for you? It sure if you could do a videi in this or not but I'm sure I'm not the only one wondering? Maybe you could talk about watching ad videos vs no ad videos. I noticed some have ads and some don't. Also does it affect you if someone only watched part of your video?

    • @TexasStyleCuisine
      @TexasStyleCuisine  6 лет назад

      WEll Jerry I had a long answer typed in answering your questions them I did something and the page flipped to another and I lost it all. I have to get somethings ready for the BBQ trailer right now and I am helping with a little league fund raiser. Once I get the trailer set up and the lettle League going I will retype my response. So give me alittle while and I will get back to you.

    • @TexasStyleCuisine
      @TexasStyleCuisine  6 лет назад

      Jerry those are all great questions. Maybe I should do a video on this. Until then I will let you know things as I understand them here. 1st is the thumbs up. For a creator the thumbs up just tells us that you like what we are doing. For RUclips it tells them the same. But they look at it as an interaction,YT is looking at what videos they will recommend. So not only are thumbs up good but so are thumbs down and also comments. The more comments the better. It shows interaction. As far as watch time goes, yes the more you watch the better it is for your standings in YT and how the will recommend. So they watch, views, watch time, watch duration, viewer interaction and if people stay on YT after watching your videos or not. So they look at these and many more things to determine which video they will recomend. Now about adds. After your channel has reach a certain size and viewership you can apply for adds. These adds will generate money for the channel. It is a small fraction of a penny for a view. So it takes thousands and thousands of views to generate any money at all. This money is paid out once a month. I am big enough now that I get a little from YT each month. I use it ro reinvest in the channel. I buy food for cooks, lighting for the videos and recantly I bought wireless mics for the videos. I used add money and also money from affiliates. These are companies that will pay you if someone buys something from them and goes through your link. I have 3 affiliates, Amazon, Cabela's and Campmaid. So that is how channels can make money and help to support themselves. I doubt I will ever be able to quit my day job, but when I am old I may not have to work as a Walmart greater. I will have my YT channel to suplement my retirement. How this answered your questions.

    • @jerrykrobby
