    Bruce that is a great video and thanks for suggesting using grill grates to hold the oysters. I haven't used mine yet for oysters, but I will.

    New sub, man those are the biggest oysters I ever seen. We don't get nothing like that on the East Coast. That Voodoo is Killer on oysters!! Nice cook.

    Did good, next time wash them really good get the grill hot and put them on whole. When they start to bubble around the shell they are ready to go. Easy open. Flip them back to the grill and add what ever seasons you want. Will only take about 10 minutes and they are Delicious. Try something new you will never do it any other way 😊

      @@TOOTHPIKSBBQ they steam in their own juice and you don't have to fight to open them. Easy and delicious. Throw a couple wood chips on and man ohh man they are good 😊

    Just steam them for 5 mins first so you don't have to do all that work to open them

    In my humble opinion, all the prep should be done beforehand, before placing them on the barbie.
