I just made them and had them with my eggs and they are absolutely delicious. Thank you. So yummy!!! Made with my homemade yogurt. 78 yrs., keto for 3 yrs.
Dear Shirley! There is a super easy way that you can slow down the speed of videos. Find the “tool” icon on your screen. It looks like a little wheel with cogs. Click on it and find “playback speed.” Click on that and it will open up options for you to choose a different speed than “normal.” The greater the number, the faster the person will appear to be talking. To slow it down, click on .75. You can make it even slower, but too slow will distort the voice. I hope this makes it easier for you to catch everything the presenter is saying! 🤗😉
I'm just gonna be honest. I made these, they looked incredible, I did the egg wash... They were not my pallet. For those of you wondering what they taste like they taste like sour cream and almonds. I will say I really like the texture though maybe some butter could be added or maybe coconut flour would taste better. A lot of the comments just say "I want to try these" so here's a comment from someone who did try them. No hate to you at all, you have tons of great recipes these were just not for me
I just made this recipe tonight, although I made half because my hubby doesn’t eat keto. They are SO close to the texture of KFC biscuits! So soft and moist! I made a breakfast sandwich for my evening meal and I will absolutely enjoy the other two with butter and honey when the time comes. Thank you for such an amazing recipe. I didn’t know keto biscuits could be this soft and moist. ❤
I wonder if you added cheddar cheese, garlic salt and butter if they'd come out like Red Lobster's cheddar bay biscuits. Also, flip your biscuits half way through the baking process, you won't ever get burned bottoms and the inside will be perfect. Walmart carries a sugar free honey.
lesgo 1 milli. I have lost 90lbs with your help and a couple of other keto youtubers so far. I have made wayyy more of your recipes than anyone else's.
I still miss biscuits and my pastries but since going Keto/low-carb and cutting bready foods like bread, wheat, gluten I've gone from 302, May of last yr to 231 as of today! I have my "cheat" moments but I do with keto friendly stuff.
My daughter bakes her biscuits in the air fryer she leaves it in for about 3 to 6 minutes turns them over and they've come out beautifully browned maybe you'd want to try that and see how it works for that recipe
I make these with measure to measure gluten free flour. 1 cup flour, 1 1/2 tsp baking powder, 1/2 tsp salt. Mix well. Add dairy free, Fage’ Lactose free Greek plain yogurt 1 cup. Mix the same as you did. Make each biscuit/bagel shape. Either with or without the hole in center. Use 1 egg, scramble up & brush on tops. Bake 375*F for exactly 27 minutes. Oven is preheated only a few minutes. Makes 3-4, depends how big you like them. Mine are like yours but seem biscuit/English muffin inside. Thanks & congratulations on your weight loss.
I just made these biscuits this morning and I have to say, they are awesome! I had one with butter and I had another one with keto jam. So easy to make and absolutely delicious. This is now my favorite biscuit ever! Subscriber for life.
Thank you so much. I made these and although different from the type of biscuits I usually make and love. I can no longer tolerate the carbs. They make me sick. With that butter theses are delicious. My family liked them too. I’m so thankful!❤
I love the recipe but please can you mention the weights in grams because cups are different from one country to another but grams are global standard 🙏🙏🙏
I’m from the UK and so am not familiar with your biscuits. I think they may be similar to our scones. We are also not blessed with many of the ingredients you guys can buy (like Choc Zero, monk fruit etc). But I still give many of these keto recipes a bash. We don’t have Red Lobster either but you guys talk about it a lot so I feel like I’m missing out. But I just this second made these biscuits and added garlic salt and grated cheese. I used a combo of cheddar and mozzarella. I also added chopped olives to some of them. I can tell you all, they smelled delicious during the baking process and they looked gorgeous when I removed them from the oven. I did glaze them with egg. They tasted delicious and were very satisfying. I have to confess, I enjoyed them more than keto bread so may rely on this recipe and adapt it depending on whether I fancy sweet or savoury.
Sounds good! I'm from Mississippi and IMO, Red Lobster is highly overrated, so you're not missing much at all 😉. Yes, your biscuits are what we refer to as cookies here, I believe. We tend to think of scones as being either sweet or savory, and also more dense/heavy/richer than our traditional biscuits. Usually from using eggs, and sometimes heavy cream or sugar, in the scones. Biscuits are definitely lighter in texture, and can vary with taste and texture depending upon the recipe you're using (flaky and buttery, or light and fluffy, for example). Although most are eaten with breakfast, they pair well with Dinner, as a side bread. Or as the main meal, like with biscuits and sausage gravy (also, tomato gravy), or simply making a biscuit sandwich.
Alright, hats down, a really great recipe - just made them, added 1/2tsp of onion powder and 1tsp salt. Boy oh boy, I made a lil samich with mozzarella & rotisserie - oh la la! Much love Myra 💐
Good afternoon Mayra. Those homemade KETO KFC biscuits look absolutely delicious - so much better than waiting in line at KFC. Thanks for sharing another one of your great homemade recipes. 😊😊👍👍
Just made these! They're pretty good; mine are a little denser than I'd like. I think I'll add a little salt and sweetener next time for flavor. Will try the next biscuit with butter and keto honey as you did. Tonight I had an egg/ham/cheese biscuit for the first time in a long time! Thank you!
I'm surely going to try this; the same as I do pizzas (in the airfryer), and they'd be nicely browned without the egg wash; I don't like it. Thanks, Mayra 🙏🌹
Oh wow, I can’t wait to try these for some biscuits and gravy! If you add a little allulose it will help the biscuits brown. Thanks for another great recipe ❤
I made these. They are very filling. I actually cut one in half and used it as a base for my open face burger. It was a good flavor that will work great with sweet or savory.
Can you add salt? Mine recipe was pretty bland Do you ever use cashew flour? I’m just getting started on low carb & wondered if it’s acceptable? The taste is so much better

@@suemeyer7551 I can't compare them to the greek yogurt recipe, but the sour cream worked great! They are tender, but a little dense. I think they need a little something extra because the flavor is strongly almond. But easy and quick to make! Let me know if you try it!
Yum, yum, yummy... I made a double batch. I added 1 Tablespoon of red-pepper-everything-but-the-bagel seasoning into the double-batch of dough and mixed it in thoroughly. Then shaped them into 6 hoagie rolls. Brushed them with an egg wash and baked them. My plan is to make an avocado, tomato, onion, jalapeno and mayo hoagie. I might add some delicious bacon. The way I would explain a "biscuit", would be the mix between a scone and a crumpet.
