Excellent video! I have a suggestion. I use a flexible plastic CD case (translucient kind, not clear case) to pry the battery up. I took the CD case and cut the length of it about one and one half inches wide.. I then sanded down the edges all around. It makes a strong but flexible and thin prying device to get between the battery and case. I also put acetone on it by dipping in a jar.

My batteries are quite swollen, so I will let a professional do it for me. If they wasn't so puffy I would probably have tried doing it my self with help from your video. But swollen batteries are kinda scary.

WTF. just looking at this to see if I want to change battery fro customer.. most customers dont want to pay much.. NO way.. I would charge 150 for labor just cause of risk.. Apples really are for snobs.
