Hi, I have just upgraded my Dell Inspiron 5570 to a NVME and for me it work without a problem. First I have used Hasleo Disk Clone software to clone my old SATA HDD to my new NVME. After cloning and going into BIOS it autmaticlly detected the NVME as a boot option. I deselected the Windows Boot manager but left the old HDD inside the laptop just in case. The laptop booted without a problem and it is now much much faster. After this I have replaced the old SATA HDD for a new SATA SSD and my laptop is now as new.

thanks man! You're a lifesaver. I was ready to trash my Dell laptop until I saw this video. Switched to SSD drive and immediately converted the laptop to a Chromebook. So happy.

Not sure what customer paid for the repair. But it seems to me that the cost would not be worth the price. Probably not too much more money for new depending in the processor, but with 4gig of ram it surly was not a higher end unit.

Hello Sir, my Inspiron 5593 has a touch screen and it got damaged. Can I fit a non-touch screen on it? Looks like the Touch screen panel has 40 pins, but the non-touch panel has 30 pins for the same Inspiration 5593 model.

The whole time watching this I was waiting for the ram to be installed. No Mac will boot without or bad ram and fans should go jet speed.

There I have the same model with me right now but I am bit puzzled about how you are able to run windows 10 on this old laptop without major upgrade like cup and ram bcus most repair shop owners would say it's not worth it even with upgradation and I also noticed that you didn't wiped off the old heat sink clean off the cpu .

How did you fix the windows installation error? Every time I'm getting: 0xC1900101-0x30004 The installation failed in the FIRST_BOOT phase with an error during INSTALL_RECOVERY_ENVIRONMENT operation

Thank you so much. Looking at you expertly work has given me instruction and inspiration on fixing a faulty hinge area on my Tosh L50-t I know what to expect as I open up the hinge area.

Would this involve Acer motherboards in this Micro board motherboard line? ie- Acer Aspire T/ TC-330

And to think the places I've asked around refuse to fix my hinge because it's touchscreen which is really frustrating because I can't afford to get a new laptop right now is there a difference between this and a Chromebook?
