I get how you feel about rapid hair growth. Unfortunately, the hair grows about quarter an inch to one inch per month depending on your gene, diet and hair care routine. So, for me I started noticing growth in 6months into my hair care journey though not too significant growth but I am sure giving this hair journey four years for that full growth. Some see theirs in 1-2years. The key is know your hair type, what works best for you, treat from inside out I mean what you eat, if possible go organic (I have stopped loads of chemical and going with natural/organic and Ayurvedic treatments) and most importantly celebrate your small wins and be patient and consistent.

Type 1 hair is straight. Type 2 is best described as wavy. Type 3 hair is curly, and type 4 is coily. You may have different curl patterns on different parts of your head.
Please don’t wear them for so long as they can cause damage and also don’t allow the extensions to be too long as that would cause tension on the scalp

I prefer foreign deep conditioners like Cantu , Shea moisture, Auntie Jackie, African pride , I can use any of those and I buy them , I also love madani deep conditioner a Nigerian brand , lastly, Moringa in tea for is great 👍 all the teas I make on this channel help my hair a lot , I’ve had a stylist style my hair and she was surprised how my hair wasn’t shedding like others she has been doing their hair . Yes it can be used on relaxed hair , it can go rancid in 18 hours without refrigeration.
