If your reading this everyone your hair is growing it's just you want retention longer hair and the only thing will work is if you take care of your split ends. Stop getting a trim when someone tells you you need one. Trim only when u need too. If we trimmed all the time for longer hair we would have had long hair a long time ago.
There's 3 sections to take care of on our head
      1. The root
      2. The mid

For a while. Nature vs nurture. What you do in the environment is just as important. Don’t use genetics as a cop out. The actions she did made a big difference

@@bluemetaphorsaid who ? For some People yes they never had to work for it. But for a lot of person with afro long hair, they worked for it and started with short fine strands! U cant just assume à Person was lucky just because she has long hair ! You dont know her or her story or anything. If you r convinced for ur hair that u cant do it, fine but dont assume things about us, People u dont know . Long hair can also mean great care and patience not genetics . It is like good grades at exams : some People r lucky but a lot of them actually worked hard for it

Be careful with drinking tea daily because that reduces B1 in your body but green tea is good for you but not daily. I will definitely try this in my hair.
