E3: Sony opens E3 press conference with an apology

SCEA President & CEO Jack Tretton offered consumers and partners an apology for the PlayStation Network outage and then shifted focus to more positive days ahead.

Dude get over it! they made it right they offered free repairs even if the warranty was expired. They paid the price. It cost Microsoft a billion dollars to pull off the operation and had it been playstation that had rrod well they probably wouldnt even exist today. I dont get the hate for Xbox without them as competition sony wouldnt even try.

I believe the main reason was they didnt update the network and it was using an old version of the Apache Server thus they got hacked

Your Momma Crossplay is the only place where Sony are being greedy and anti consumer, hope they cave in or experience consumer wrath. PSN Name change is not as easy as everyone makes it out to be. Every game released after the Pro came out has been enhanced albeit a few games where developers don't put enough effort. PS VR has a ton of games, have you been living under a rock. Downsampling for 1080p TVs is available since 5.50 update.
