When I was a child I was a SEGA fan and my friends loved Nintendo. We never insulted each other about it. We would praise them in fact. To us a game was a game. Be it in a console at home a pc or yes in the mighty arcades of yore.
TTV5 Sure because EA is totally not burning through beloved franchises like Battlefront. And Microsoft isn't following on their steps while lying all the way. And Ubisoft is totally not baking hard on cash cow Creed and reusing the map from one game into another for quick a buck. And Nintendo of America isn't butchering JRPGs because they are too naughty for western eyes. And Sony didn't use Kickstater to get money from the players for a game they planned to fund themselves anyway. And Konami didn't chop parts of MGSV off because they had a fight with Kojima. And games are not being released with season passes that cost the same price as the main game.

The real irony in this is that both PS Move and Kinect were then quite soon afterwards buried in silence....only Nintendo managed to make it succesfull and even they kind of dropped it after Wii/Wii U But Kevin Butler was indeed great character from Sony to do these PR events/commercials :D

As awesome as it would be to have him back, it's probably not going to happen. It'd be nice, but really, they don't need him. Sure, he helped turn things around and sell a lot of PS3s. But this generation, PS4 is dominating. If they were struggling in third place, I would say to the Sony marketing team stop whatever you are doing and call Jerry Lambert to portray Kevin Butler immediately! But as it is Sony is doing very well for themselves.
