You're such a GREAT teacher! I love the fact that you explain the body, the whys et the hows it's helping alot my practice. I can't wait to see all your Graston technique videos. Sorry for my unperfect English i'm from the province of Quebec, the french part of Canada. Thanks again for your generosity.
THe gloves are for cleanliness mostly, and also give me better fascial glide by helping grip the skin. They also provide a layer that smooths out any imperfections on my hands like callouses/finger nails (although I keep them very short anyway)
what's the difference between the two lotions that you used? (I believe that you referred to the first one as massage lotion and the second as rock rub)
I have those knee pain lately 🙁 But unfortunately we don't have a professional person like you in my country ... So sometimes I have to skip legs day just to get better and sometimes I can't even do cardio and that s**ks.
Oh shit . . . like we used to do in the '80's - a strip of rubber to help open a tight lid on a jar. Why not use the same concept to grasp a patella:) I'm going to have to jack this one from you, brotha.
Amazing page! I am learning a lot to incorporate in my Body Sculpting sessions. Thank you for sharing!
Great video , Great teacher , sooo glad to see you.

Excellent explanation-appreciate as a new PTA grad
Thanks so much!
Can you do some corrective or physical exercises just after this therapy? Or better next day?
This may be a stupid question, but why the gloves? Wouldn't that dull some of the tactile acuity?

Can all these be used for lateral knee pain also ? It’s been 7 weeks recovery from a soft tissue injury and maybe think it’s time to start treatments
This is great content! In 2020.
Omg dude I love this and agree 100

First is a massage cream that has less slickness, the second is just cocoa butter.

Could you make a video about hoffa's syndrome and flat feet in adult please?
