    This was a good video, but some of the shots were a little too close up. It would have been nice to see where on the car these parts were. Thanks for sharing!

    Hi I have a 2002 Honda CR-V LX 2.4L engine I got the p0134 code for bank 1 sensor 1 will this fix my problem of the car losing power because that’s the only code I have

    • @CommonGuy
      @CommonGuy  3 месяца назад

      These sensors regulate the air/fuel ratio to the engine so they could cause power loss if the mixture isn’t optimal.

    Different question, can someone chime in:
    Does the "RED" (@, lower right HVAC dails) dial light up on yours?
    I have all the inside lit up & be seen at night or when dark, but can not see the "Red" dial knobs.

      Sorry for the late response, but it can be that the lights in the panel could have gone out.

    came in one box and they are identical. I am waiting for a reply off the company i bought them off.

    How did you 'remove' the code? I replaced the upstream O2 sensor for the same error and tried the unplugging the battery method but the error code is still there.

    • @CommonGuy
      @CommonGuy  5 лет назад

      Alejandro Cruz the BlueDriver code reader will allow you to erase the codes. If you have a cheaper one they should do the same. If everything is good the codes won’t come back. I have an iPhone and figured the bluedriver was best on the iPhone. If you have a droid you can get an OBDII reader cheap on amazon. Then purchase the Torque app (upgraded) From google store and you have a really good code reader. Also if the problem is fixed it should go away on its own.
      Let me know if this helped.

    • @JuanReyes-rw2np
      @JuanReyes-rw2np 5 лет назад +2

      Unplug the battery and disconnect the ecu fuse for 15 seconds then put everything back together and you shouldn't have a code anymore since that will reset the ecu.

    • @CommonGuy
      @CommonGuy  5 лет назад +2

      @@JuanReyes-rw2np Good to know!!! That should help someone else that doesn't have an ODBII reader to clear their codes (any code).

    I AM CONFUSED.....
    i got two codes one for sensor 1 and another for sensor 2, one upstream an the other downstream on my 2005 CR-V. Are you changing 1 or 2 reason i ask is because i was inform that the Sensor 1 is on the top of the engine not the bottom. please help!

      I changed just the one sensor. I only have 2 sensors and both are underneath but upstream is before the cat. The downstream is after cat.
      I’d assume bank 1 sensor 1 would be upstream/before cat.
