Bro thanks for this video, i was thinking about taking my CR-V to a shop and probably pay more than 100 dollars for this simple job.
Do you recommend changing upstream and downstream together. If so, what would you suggest for the downstream?
After you connect everything, do you just turn the key to acc then let it reprogram itself so the check engine light will go off
Excuseme on internet when you want to buy these piece it Samsung downstream and upstream sensor, for bank 1 sensor 1 wich I need to buy, downatream or upstream?
Thank you, Man! Brazil here! ❤
Your welcome. Glad it helped you out!
I went through a roads worth of water this past week and I got this code. I have an ‘01 CRV but pretty sure it’s the same set up. Anyways, thanks. I’ll track that bugger down tomorrow.
Same thing happened to me. Check engine light turned off after the first few days though which was odd
@@restacced5024same thing just happened to me, maybe yours dried?
did you run into any issues further down the road? i’m thinking about waiting it out a few days first now that i read this
He's right about get the Denso NOT the Walker. Bought the Walker cause it was the only thing in stock.... ended up putting a Denso on it anyway because the Walker didn't work.
After testing the heater circuit resistance on my multimeter the old OEM and the Denso both read 13 ohms. The Walker read 16 ohms. It should be 13 ohms.
No jack stand 😢
Would THIS cause your crv to die when driving if your o2 Spencer is bad?
Sensor
Very helpfull, thank you dude 👌
Video was great, thanks for the help!
Thank u sir.
Hi where can I buy the oxygen sensor.thank you
Upstream sensor is an air fuel sensor not a oxygen sensor
Never mind thought it was a 2nd gen
Can you use the same o2 sensor part for bank 1 sensor 2?
I dont think so. The upstream and downstream 02 sensors are different. Downstream is more expensive as well.
The sensor itself is the same but the plug is different. You can buy universal and reuse the old plug but I personally would get one that comes with the right plug.
(I hope you already resolved your issue but maybe it'll help someone else)
Would this be the same as a honda CR-V 1999
Yes
How many oxygen sensors are in the car?
2, upstream and downstream
Please writme wich one is upstream, and wich is dowstream. I MEAN UPSTREAM IS 1 OR IS 2? DOWNSTREAM IS ONE OR 2? PLEASE
Mine has a high voltage reading
Ummm… that sensor looks the same as my downstream, and upstream looks different and same gen CRV…
Only O2 sensor available in my area is a Bosch... guess I'll FAFO
Happy FOFO
4 months on, did you FAFO?
