eating right before bed is unhealthy, its better to adjust your dinner a bit later so you're not hungry right before bed.
@@theredscourge Depends what you do! At least from what I heard if youre consistently working out, its actually better to eat a little before bed so when you sleep the muscles can suck up the nutrients better and not be wasted on energy.
Of course a full meal right before bedtime isnt the best but a small meal some time before bed should be healthy, if youre doing it right.

I start my day bright and early around 4 pm. My alarm goes off and I lay in bed and scroll through some articles until I am awake enough to get up and get my clothes together to go take a shower. I also like long showers and at one point I put did put a chair in my shower. haha Then I brush my teeth and eat breakfast. At this point I will usually go outside and round up the chickens. Then I go to work!

My morning strat is maximizing sleep before going off to school/work, that means getting up at the last possible minute and being ready in about 10 mins time (includes getting dressed, drinking coffee, taking a shower) + the eta of my trip. Usually I will still get there like 5 mins late but no more. So my morning are hectic af just trying to make it on time.

I work night shifts and wake up between noon and 4pm. I get around 3 to 4 hours of light before it's dark. Sometimes I get less than 2 hours of light. There isn't much you can do when you're awake during nights. Everything's closed and it's way harder to see. I know it seems Basic but the earlier you wake up the more time you have during the day.
