There was actually a movie made (it was so bad, I watched it when I was very young) of this short, awkward guy wanting this insanely beautiful girl’s attention, GETTING IT, and then he proceeds to be so distracted by her while hitting a ball in baseball that it sails through the air, hits her in the head, and dies on impact and the movie is him... getting over it?
