To be fair he gains a bunch of money from the server and i think its a little naive to think he is the only one on the server to do maintance

It sounded like it was an existing plugin that just cost $5 (rather than making it for $5). Also $25 is basically nothing for programming something. My freelancing rate is above $100 an hour, and it'd take a few hours to make.

But he is a professional owner. 2hackers2exploits has dealt with so many dupe, coord, speed, teleportation and lag exploits as well as 3 backdoors, yet the server still somehow runs.
Sure, he does have his flaws (I mean, after all, we all want the nether roof back, don't we?), but the fact that he is able to keep such a fucktarded server full of fucktards running for so long is amazing.

you have a -1% chance of ever getting that plugin. your best bet would be to hire a dev to replicate it.

Running a server can be a bit intense, but it quickly smooths out as you gain experience.

For anyone ever wanting to run their own Minecraft server, I will tell them to watch this video first. It's pretty much the greatest and worst thing you could ever do with your time.

I've been having a lot of fun on the new server, it's been a great time. I got away from spawn before it was griefed thankfully
I love how everyone says "Admin" like in story mode.OH NO ITS THE ADMIN
"A Popular Minecraft Server." I've had a server for months I've attempted at advertising, it's Modded Anarchy. No rules, no bans, no one but me knows what mods are there, no OP User on the server, and I'm running smooth as can be on 1.15. the only anti-cheat stops some vanilla exploits like teleporting via exploit
To add to this, I have a video series on my channel of making the new crafted items I've added with datapacks. It's not like I make it impossible lol I'll also have screen shots and I'm redesigning the website at the moment for the server
Advertising is terrible unless there's something about your server that just makes someone want to join or you have a means like Sal with his channel being as popular as it is
@@JarredRandom completely agree. I have a list of what I added, a lot of custom stuff I made myself. I basically made Netherite Armor before Mojang even announced it. I just thought it'd be cool to have higher than diamond, but I made it harder to obtain. Sure I know the mods, but I don't have all the custom crafting recipes I added memorized. Can craft spawners, spawn eggs of every npc, custom armor, custom new enchants, new weapons, ability to craft enchanted weapons by adding things to the crafting of a weapon/tool. New dungeons of witches and creepers. Added dungeons to the nether of more than just blazes... And there's TONS more. I work on it at least once a week.
Just hard to get stuff out there :/

There's a list of what's added and I'll slowly release what I add and give out the crafting recipes over time if no one figures them out. I also have a series of my own on my channel showing off how to make the new stuff as I have the ability to.

Highly doubt this is of any importance but I just wanted to say that i've actually played with the server host, jacksharkben before in garry's mod servers. He was a moderator or admin in a few and he's a pretty good guy. Till this day I somehow have him in my friends list in steam.

3:15 Frankly, as someone who does this kind of thing for a living (for industrial systems - not MC servers/mods/plugins - but I used to play around with them so I know how much time they can take to make). 10 and 25$ is ridiculously cheap, 100 to 300$ is cheap, and 300-750$ would seem pretty reasonable for the amount of time involved. A plugin like this would probably take me 10 to 15 hours to develop, another 5 to test, and finally another 10 to properly bugfix. At 20$/hour that's 500$ - I'm sure there are some experienced plugin developers out there who could cut this time down some but certainly not do it in 1, 2, or even 3 hours.

As a former developer, it pisses me off that you had to go through so much bother to get a working queue plugin. A good site for these kind of services is mc-market.org

same here. Multiplayer just sucks to me because it's nothing but chaos and nonsense. With single player, I feel like I'm truly living an experience, it's almost a spiritual thing to me. It's not lonely, it's introspective. Multiplayer on the other hand just feels like a lot of noise and confusion.
