iTristan is such a hilariously legendary figure in this server. Like, every massive server changing thing that happens comes back to him, and even if he has nothing to do with it he’s the standard for things like this.
God, every time you upload I’m reminded that there really is nothing like 2b2t. You can just stumble on the ruins of a legendary base that was destroyed 7 *real life* years ago.
I have a theory that players purposely don't leave their names at their stashes because they don't want to be embarrassed when it gets found and they lose massive amounts of items. None of the stashes I've found have ever had a name anywhere.

I can guarantee that item stash won't be there much longer. Unmarked item stashes like that often end up craters by their creator's hand when the location is compromised.

And the server has plenty of that, as does your browser, but you'd also argue that isn't history as well. And playing on the server changes literally nothing about your view point on this show, or it shouldn't. I've played and all I've seen is a world thrown into chaos with tattered remains for us to find. Its hard as hell because of idiots and assholes but that's life. Without every moron that wants to destroy everything and kill everyone it would have no pieces of history for us to fill the gaps of. In short, we need both griefers and historians on 2b2t. To destroy the past, and then have it be rebuilt by those curious enough.
There's a question I've had that I wonder if you might be able to answer: What do you think would happen if 2B2T updated to 1.18 and got an extra 64 blocks of new terrain?
Now this is an excellent question, 2b2t has already proven to be quite unstable, hausmaster has been testing 1.16 ports and its been going ok, but even in its current state 2b2t is experiencing world corruption, chunk glitching, etc. So updating to 1.18 is very likely to destroy 2b2t.
If you're talking about the deepslate area, the withers at bedrock will carve their way down to the bottom pretty quickly, and new players with wood will go down and collect ores and edible glow berries. The new section of world underneath the current spawn will quickly become just like the rest of it though. Hoever, if you're talking about the area beyond y=256, players will start spawing lots of withers to grief the obsidian roof, while other players will start building on top of the obsidian.

I really like your videos. I really really hate the amount of griefing i see on this world. Some of the bases i've seen that were griefed make me so sad to know they're gone. :,(
To appreciate this server, you really have to get into the Buddhist Zen mindset: everything has an end, so enjoy it while it lasts, instead of mourning its loss. If you view bases like those Zen Sand Gardens, it really starts getting clearer and more peaceful.
I do like that it's possible to grief, but I wish it was harder to do so. It sucks having these impressive structures that took days to build wiped away in minutes by some kid with TNT and a lava bucket.
I wonder if housemaster went and checked the server logs (if he had any) when iTristion had access and if he could have known about the copy base or the clock tower and possibly more undiscovered builds.
2b2t is like the ocean, we explored the surface, but we still haven't explored all of the ocean below the surface. Mostly of it is undiscovered and unseen by humans.

My favorite Genshin character might be Ha Tao for amazing move set. I’ve not gotten her yet, which is very upsetting but I have other good pyro characters so it’s not all bad. If I were to have to pick a character from my current team, I’d have to pick Kaeya, just cause he’s super fun to use

To appreciate this server, you really have to get into the Buddhist Zen mindset: everything has an end, so enjoy it while it lasts, instead of mourning its loss. If you view bases like those Zen Sand Gardens, it really starts getting clearer and more peaceful.
I do like that it's possible to grief, but I wish it was harder to do so. It sucks having these impressive structures that took days to build wiped away in minutes by some kid with TNT and a lava bucket.

I wonder if housemaster went and checked the server logs (if he had any) when iTristion had access and if he could have known about the copy base or the clock tower and possibly more undiscovered builds.
if he did, the current housemaster probably doesn't know about them since the server has changed ownership
