Can't imagine why they don't realize there's money to be made off of this recorded material, at a minimal cost to produce and release too! This festival is one of the greatest ever!!!! The lineup of Def Leppard, Iron Maiden, Judas Priest, Ozzy Osbourne, Scorpions, Krokus, Quiet Riot, and The Michael Schenker Group is one of the greatest packages ever!! I would have gone crazy if I could see all these bands in one night. I am a huge massive fan of all these bands and I have all their studio and live albums. I agree with one comment I saw on this page which is how has this Festival not been properly released on CD, DVD, and Blu-ray yet. I would definitely get them if they ever did especially with remastered sound. I did find a bootleg of the whole festival years ago at a mom and pop music store that I used to go to and found a triple live CD bootleg of all the bands for $15. I was very impressed with how great it sounded for a bootleg. I listen to it very often.

God damn seeing the old footage of Rick Allen pre-accident and just how good he was when he still had both arms. He's still amazing now, but just think of how different things would be if he never had that accident! Life isn't fair sometimes!

I agree with you. I wonder what hysteria would've sounded like if Rick hadn't lost his left arm? And if Steve still lived on? Their still would've been screeching guitars and all! Life is really unfair. This band went through so much 😔.
