To me Pongal/ Shankarthi means TN only....5 days of continuous celebrations as I stayed there for few years on job purpose had travelled all the four corners of the state....every village unique tradition, customs, games and competitions where kids n oldies too take part Main highlight family gathering filled with happiness....even I had won some competitions in my friends n colleague villages....colourful roads gracefully decorated Rangoli designs that's rare to find in my Bangalore city...I miss them badly....A HAPPY n SAFE SHANKRANTHI/ PONGAL AND UTTARAYAN TO YOU GITA MA❤❤❤❤❤❤😊😊😊

Advance Happy pongal mam I will do same method but now yaa days my family members don't eat separate vegetables so I use all vegetables sambar and vadai thaeir pachadi white rice sweet pongal kalathu parupu and curd only not use pickle in pongal next day use par kanu piniku all ingredients use your recipe looks nice superb thanks for sharing by mangalam murali madurai 🇮🇳.
