- In this video we bring to you 7 Veg Curries or side dishes, suitable for diabetics. We have tried to use vegetables with a low glycemic index and also used very minimal oil in cooking. Vegetables form an integral part of diabetic diets as they are high n fibre and provide the required nutrients too.
