Very balanced with vegetables, greens, dals and mild masalas, vould be used with chapatis as well as rice. Red unpolished rice is welcome, for its nutritional properties. What about Banumathi rice as this also has nutritional value. Please tell us about some chatnis and gojju, which are side dishes., Mam. your recommending cast iron kadai( banale in Kannada) is really very good for health. We used to use it in South Kanara in our childhood, Amma always used it. Thanks a lot and looking forwarding to many more recipes from you. Your suggestions are invauable. I enjoy cooking.
