From what I've been told, simply enjoying something, like a meal, would feed Slaanesh to a minimal degree like a drop in a bucket. In the same way that getting into a fistfight feeds Khorne, beating someone in a children's card game feeds Tzeentch, and getting the common cold feeds Nurgle. @@42Nightsyesterday What I mean is that while it might add up a tiny bit, Nurgle is going to be pathetically weak, small colds may add up but we aren’t dealing with a planetary threat, we are dealing with potential a Multi Universal demon gods. This means that like I said, it’s like using a game controller battery to power a Carrier. I don’t know what it’ll take but a simple cold even if you take the entire universe would probably be like 0.1 for a chaos god.
It’s too weak to provide anything of use to the Chaos Gods, you will need stuff like a town wallowing in their own excrement, a horrific orgy, mass amount of hope/an absolute grand scheme, or a Brutal Battle for it to actually be worth while and lasting to a demon god, I mean look at the place they fully corrupt. A fist fight between two people won’t be enough to even make the tips of all the grass in the region to be slightly redder. All the small colds in the galaxy would probably power up like 10 Nurgle demons.
TDLR; It’s stupid because even if it’s true that those things would feed the Chaos God and power it, it’s very temporary, very weak and has no punch to it for a chaos god that from what I see, is at least galaxy sized but can also be Multi Universal.

It will fall to the little girl that entered Tzeentch's domain.
A child, or a spirit, or a ghoul or a giggling trickster; hardly a threat, and yet she managed, for some purpose, to walk into Tzeentch's endless maze, face the trials and guiles therein, and then leave, with nary a feather out of place.
What a change that must have been.
Tzeentch is a schemer, a warper, twisting and changing and leaving no stone, nor plan, unturned. At any point, he could have confronted that young girl with more than the pitiful riddling of his beaked followers. He chose not to, and in doing so, invited challenge and embarrassment and the threat that any errant thread presents when it becomes aware of its own power. Why would he risk this? What could possibly make it worthwhile?
What a change that must have been.
The feelings of being... challenged, truly conquered, truly altered, in a way he might not have experienced before, could only have brought him to his proverbial knees. And here we find the doom, and the opportunity, for the universe at large.
How different would it be, thinks Tzeentch, to simply die?
Nurgle finds in this new, self-blaspheming Tzeentch a perfect decay- a desire to change the status quo even at the cost of his own integrity, his own principles. Slaanesh finds in this reborn, extreme, self-harming Tzeentch an obsession, and an addiction, that would carve further and further into need. Khorne finds in Tzeentch the chance of a strifetime; the opportunity to take change in hand, and crush it.
Tzeentch must have more change, greater change, more rapid and demanding, and of the very sort least accessible to him; change in himself. What greater high could there be to the god of change than to become something different, something less?
What a change that must have been.
And when Tzeentch is gone, consumed by a million self-gnawing maws, and when his minions are scattered to the Warp, or left unburied on distant quasi-cognitive fields of strife, and when the three Chaos gods look to each other in hunger, and when a billion trillion life forms, set against each other, smell the fading hand of the Changer of Ways, and when the tides of battle change for action and consequence, and when great men seize the day to inflict their wills upon a scarred and branded galaxy, and when the first victories against the decay and the slaughter and the excess raise the spirits of the damned, and when the Imperium falls under its own weight, and the Necrons unify under a single flag, and the Tyranids are driven back at incalculable cost, and the Dark Eldar meet their spiraling, cursed end in the Webway, and when the Emperor of Man is finally- finally- allowed his eternal rest, and when the universe lies, breathing heavy at the exhaustion of its armies...
...the sentient creatures of the cosmos will begin to build once more. Eons of darkness, carved against with the smallest, and most insistent of tools. For fate is now in the hands of the farmer and the bricklayer and the soldier and the caretaker, and all who see fit to claim it for themselves.
And a million years down the line, when the scars of these events are weathered and wearing away, or held in some bastion of learning, or some zoo amidst the stars, the children of the tomorrows yet unknown will look upon these bastardized centuries, and think to themselves...
What a change that must have been.

    Edit; sooooo best case scenario
    - Tzeentch would be way less complicated and mostly a force for good
    - Khorne would be a god of martial honor

I'm pretty sure nothing good would happen, but I applaud being optimistic in the face of Chaos gods. First problem is, Chaos gods already regularly take parts of themselves to create their demons, so what stops them from just making a bunch of demons to suffer in the way they prefer within their box? I'm not sure if the law of conservation of energy exists in some form in the warp, but the crazy stuff it does suggests it doesn't. They could just make a perpetual torment machine, in a box, which I bet a lot of Dark Eldar would die to get their hands on.
Next problem is that isolating the Chaos gods does not isolate the warp. Everyone outside that prison is still doing the things that made Chaos in the first place. What prevents new Chaos gods from just arising out of that? And if they did, will they try to reunify with the originals? Fight them? Merge with them? Whatever the case, now we have eight of them instead of four, at least for a time, and that is unacceptable. Chaos warriors are already unforgivably spikey, and they'd only get worse with sixteen-pointed stars.
If you really want to neutralize the forces of damnation, I suggest something far more practical, xenos. The Mechanicus has the technology to build Necron pylons, sealing away the warp forever. But we still need the warp for travel, so you teach us how to build your Webways, or if you've forgotten how, let us study them. Then one of two outcomes is most likely. Either we figure out a way to secure and maintain them against what is sure to become a huge demonic assault, or we just don't have warp travel and will have to beat up the Tau for their lunch money and realspace drives. No, peace with mind control weeb collectivists is not an option. They already evolved too quickly, so we're both served by neutralizing them.
Note, this is not a peace treaty. I am well aware that the Eldar have designs to reclaim the galaxy from humanity, and that is not happening. But at least this way, you get to live a lot longer and your souls won't be eaten. There are worse enemies to die to than each other, so we can kill them first. Or who knows, you may finally realize that the glory days of the Eldar are over, and resign yourself to Craftworlds or Exodite worlds beyond our reach. This is also acceptable, as well as what you have already been doing. Knowing the Administratum around this place, humans will forget you existed in a millennia or so. Out of sight, out of mind, and you get to survive. If you wanted to, you could probably even track the Tyranids back to whatever galaxy they fled from and occupy that. Surely, you have the sorcery to reclaim dead worlds, since the "primitive" Mechanicum does already. Or if not, you'll have millions of years to figure it out.
See? All this has the bonus of being decidedly less chaotic than our current state of affairs, or gift-wrapping Chaos gods and whatever fresh hell that would unleash. Input Interface = OPEN

Either a rival group of "order" gods who represent the extreme form of order which is a threat to all life that doesn't want to live in a galaxy that makes the dystopian novel precursor "We" One State look like an anarchist commune.
Or something that I've seen more explored in fantasy where southern Norscans(and fanon Ind) indirectly worship chaos through socially acceptable versions that don't aren't comically evil but rather have nuance or actual goodness. Which reminds me of this one image I saw reimagining the gods of chaos as orderly greeko-roman gods.

My version of the story where the Chaos Gods die off would have a particularly powerful version of Darth Revan (female, Dark Side) who knows the Malachor V life-drain powers and Ergast's soul-binding ritual get captured by the Chaos Gods. She starts off by using her Sith army to wage war against Chaos forces, converting a few Chaos Marine warbands to her Dark Side Sith ways and using the life-drain technique on Chaos Lords and the soul-binding technique on Daemon Princes to make herself more powerful. Then Abaddon lures her into a trap where he challenges her to a 1v1 battle but the battle arena was a portal to the Chaos realm, so she gets sucked into it and captured by the Chaos Gods.
Since she's powerful and useful, the Chaos Gods don't just kill her, they decide to try and turn her. The Chaos Gods torture the living fuck out of her, until she agrees to serve them, but she says she can only serve one. She's experienced forbidden love, bottomless rage, she's experimented with Sith alchemy to create diseases, and she's plumbed into the depths of the Force to gain Lovecraftian powers unknown to most, so the Chaos Gods start fighting over her, only for each blow they deal to each other, she's slowly siphoning their energy without them knowing.
The Chaos Gods feud a lot, so they don't notice until they start feeling exhausted for the first time in millennia, and they realize their captive has siphoned enough energy from them to become stronger than ALL FOUR OF THEM, and so she breaks free from her chains and uses the Chaos Gods' own power against them, beating them back while draining more energy from them. Once she's weakened them enough, she uses the Sith soul-binding ritual to absorb them. She then has all the power of all four Chaos Gods imprisoned within her newly-empowered body, and eventually, they will die out within the confines of her consciousness. Revan then returns to the material world, with the Daemon Primarchs Lorgar, Angron, Mortarion, Magnus, and Fulgrim, all bending the knee along with their subordinates, pledging allegiance to her Sith Empire.

I have a feeling Slaanesh would end up so starved of sensation, that if she's let out of the box after an arbitrary amount of time, she just begins finding pleasure in the simple things in life, enjoying a sunny day, a homemade meal, etc. . This means that she just becomes a more toned down version of herself, just reveling in existence.
Nurgle would be an odd one to deal with because he would probably need to be put in a sterile cage where life can't really flourish to stop him from creating anything new, which I think would just result in him kinda being emaciated and just becoming a god of the dead and not of the cycle of life like he is now.
I have a feeling with Tzeentch being a god of change, he kinda fractures and part of him remains the same everchanging self, and the other part changes itself permanently into something more static like a simple god that only deals with hope or something and that aspect gets let out.
Finally for Khorne, I think he rages for a couple hundred or thousand years until he eventually gets burnt out, and start meditating and becomes kinda like one of those monks that value martial ability but use it more like a last resort.

On Tzeench - I think that out of all the Chaos Gods, Tzeench already the closest to being 'pure', to whatever extent that's possible. Change is very literally what makes the world go round, and Change is also something a lot more thematically resonant and fundamental to the universe than things like Ambition, Magic, or Scheming. When you cut Tzeench free of those things, they're still a scary god - Change *is* scary, after all - But in a much more "This is part of grappling with the reality of the human experience" way instead of a "EVERYTHING IS ON FIRE" way.

I've thought about this before, so here's my personal take.
Slaanesh: God of Love, Pleasure, and Creativity. Slaanesh would be fairly simple to convert to the nice side since there's no particular reason for Slaanesh to focus on depravity, at least not more than generosity and sharing. Exploring the wonders of kindness and every possible way to help someone. A fairly basic pleasure god with the hallmark feasts and festhalls, less concerned with dominating and all and more of providing the gift of giving. Sharing is caring, and they love to show how much they care.
Tzeentch: God of Magic, Knowledge, and Self-Improvement. I picture a nice Tzeentch as a Gandalfy, Dumbledorish figure. The grand wizard in his tower, subtly guiding all who follow him to reach their ultimate potential. Magic is possibility, and he's dedicated to making everything as good as it can be, and then a little bit more. Never let it be said that there's nothing to be done and that change is impossible. Things can always get better, and if fate says otherwise he'll blast it aside and write up a better ending.
Nurgle: God of Rebirth, Contentment, and Symbiosis. Nurgle's the easiest god for me to imagine as good since he's almost a standard nice nature god, he just needs to learn that it isn't nice to spread plagues. His jolly brewmaster personality stays but with an emphasis on improving life. It breaks his heart that the lowest lifeforms don't get along with the highest so he alters them to make them symbiotic. Grandfather loves you no matter how ugly you are and he'll help you find your place in the world and comfort you when its time to go and let someone else take your stead.
Khorne: God of Battle, Courage, and Righteous Wrath. The good ol, fashion noble crusader (or savage) rescuing the weak and smiting the cowards who'd dishonorably abuse them. Unlike normal however things don't end with one, or preferably both, parties bleeding to death. This is ultimately better for him since his worshiper base is stable. He hates weakness, but his followers empower the weak to make them the strong and collect the armor and shields of the fallen to use for their future defense. Strength for the Strength God! Shields for the Shield Wall!

I am every spark of passion that sets the heart aflame and aflutter; the most fleeting of fancies and the deepest desires. I am all love, from the most simple joys to the most cherished and enraptured. I am love in its most noble and carnal; piety and depravity alike.

I actually think slaanwsh would survive and maybe come out completely different. See, slaanesh's excess is strange, cause whilst it is true that the empowerment of a deathorgy is nothing to scoldrer about, simple pleasures can still be an energi to slaanesh. The kinkyness of humanity today fx, could power slaanesh to some extent. And if slaanesh really uses more time in her little bubble, she becomes more numb and maybe gets enpowered more heavily by simple pleasures. Finally they would emerge out of their tomb as a guy who kicked heroin and now only gets empowered by the simple pleasures and love. Litterally the best case scenario for the elves and eldar aswell. The drukharri no longer have to do sexslave raids (even though they might still do it) and the craftworld can focus on building a better future without a rape daemon in the back of their minds.... just my thoughts on the matter.

By purifying the Chaos Gods, Malal ceases to be the God that intrisically hates Chaos, but instead becomes the godly authority on keeping the Gods (and their worshippers) in check and maintaining their purity. Instead of wanting to destroy everything due to the setting being a lost cause, Malal is the one attempting to maintain order and stop the setting becoming a lost cause. Example: guardsmen joins to protect his homeworld in a war that’s beyond his understanding. Overtime khorne empowers him to not only be able to fight back the forces endangering his home but also identify what those threats are so that he can keep fighting said threats until they’re no longer a factor in his goals.

One aspect of this that I feel is interesting is that despite Malal being in a void of non-existence he would become the most powerful chaos god for the duration of the other gods' time out as all of his aims would be met:
Nurgle would be denied his flesh to rot.
Khorne would be denied at least his skulls and some blood.
Tzeentch would be denied his schemes.
And Slaanesh would fizzle out into nothing.
However his power spike would immediately be met with a power crash as terror and anarchy, which is so wonderfully provided by chaos worshippers in droves, would immediately start to disappear as those worshippers are denied their "gifts". So I think he would become an almighty god of anarchy and terror for a small amount of time until the worshipers of the dark gods get stomped by whichever empire exists in their reality(Or the Eldar/Elves). After which, order may be restored and he would feed of the orks' anarchy and the imperium's (take your pick for which universe) terror of its own citizens.
Also, an interesting follow up would be how the different factions react to the loss(or major weakening) of a major existential threat. I think it would allow the Imperium of 40k to focus entirely on other large threats such as the Tyrranids or Necrons. I don't personally know enough about Fantasy/Age of Sigmar but depending on when this happens there would be no end times.

In Fantasy, you'd still have to deal with the -Skaven- ratmen that totally don't exist, Morrslieb (a second, green moon made of warpstone, i.e. the essence of the warp, solidified), any chunks of warpstone still on the planet, and the two polar Warp rifts, among God knows how many other things. And ignoring anything Warp related, the world in Fantasy is primarily a pastiche of Earth c. the 1500s, so the various human realms will probably find some excuse to slap each other silly.

In AoS, there's four primary factions: Order, Destruction, Death, and Chaos.
Order's mainly where you've got your humans, dwarves, and elves (albeit under more trademarkable names), Destruction's where you can find the greenskins, beastmen, trolls, etc; Gork and Mork have somehow fused into a single, two headed entity, Death's where you've got a scheming (former) pseudo-Egyptian necromancer and a bunch of vampires, and Chaos needs no introduction, though the Great Horned Rat (Chaos god of the Skaven) has taken Slaanesh's seat while She Who Thirsts remains sealed away.

Slaanesh does actually have positive traits. Slaanesh is also desire, especially in regards to the self. Desire for happiness, to improve oneself, these are aspects of Slaanesh.

Slaanesh is herself a manifestation of the extreme. (in 40k, at least)
Slaanesh was created by the Eldar as they were trying to push every exprience to the extreme exactly because "normal" sensations had lost meaning to them.
As for the reason why Slaanesh couldn't turn into anything better; it is because excess is the central pillar; if you released Slaanesh from the cage it would instantly go back to finding the absolute limits of all experience; which in practice always means going "too far"

Actually I think slaanesh might actually survive the sensory depravation tank in a kind of unexpected way. Shes the god of excess and the extremes of emotion, and that usually takes the form of extreme hedonism/sadomasochism. Techinincally boredom is a type of emotion/sensation too, but the thing is slaanesh usually has a variety of extremes to choose from: extreme pleasure, extreme pain, etc. But now the only choice she has is extreme boredom, so much so that she essentially turns into a boredom singularity almost like a new nurgle, just hyper focused on stagnancy and nothing else. Being deprived from all sensation for so long could make her completely forget what she looked like, and upon emerging she could look like big featurless silhouette, or a just person-shaped hole in reality. Maybe the silhouette could look vaguely female, as a sort final clinging vestige of her old self. One aspect of her transformation that i think could be cool is now she doesn't feel the need to make followers or demons, she just turns into an ever-expanding void, a growing realm of nothingness, kind of like Ginnungagap form norse mythology but alive and aware.

This has already been realised in the 40k universe, in a uniquely 40k way, and it's one of my favourite pieces of lore.
Underneath the Imperial Palace, are the Vaults of Terra. These vaults were constructed millennia before M40 and use containment and sealing methods no longer known to humanity. Within these vaults, are insane abominable horrors from the Age of Strife. Terrors of Old Night. Horrors beyond description. During the brutal and bloody Unification Wars where the Emperor of Mankind finally unified a post apocalyptic war ridden Earth, He encountered creations of the techno-barbarian warlords. Gene-edited abhuman mutants, technological terrors, and unholy constructs so horrifying that all of humanity would lose it's sanity should it be exposed.
The men entrusted to guard these horrors? The Shadowkeepers. A specialised shield-host of the Adeptus Custodes, these veteran warriors are renowned for being absolutely unflinching and completely fearless. Such a skill is required to prowl the halls of the enormous Vaults.
Just prior to the Indomitus Crusade and after an attack on Terra by daemons, some of these vaults were found to be empty, their undescribable horrors escaped and wandering the galaxy. A containment breach. This was regarded as a pretty significant 'oopsie' and was one of the reasons the Adeptus Custodes were allowed to leave Terra for the first time in 10,000 years since the Horus Heresy.

Slaanesh - For the most part I think you’re right, except that I don’t think Slaanesh would cease to exist. If I had to guess they would turn into almost a deity of abstinence within their prison, having their senses muted they’d begin to obsess over the absence of sensation as a sensation itself. I don’t know then whether or not they’d revert immediately back to excess after being let out, be a new deity of ascetic temperance, or become almost like a new Nurgle promoting defeated apathy and non-experience.
Tzeentch - I think, again, you’re about on the money. I feel like problematically at most Tzeentch would view the imprisonment as part of a long, long game, but that him just changing to accept positive emotions so that he could actually escape seems most likely. He could even be a new Schrödinger’s cat, with the third/second cat running around outside helping people educate themselves and make beneficial changes.
Nurgle - He’d love the box too much. Unless, like you said, he needs input from the growth and decline of his plagues, then I can only envision him wallowing in his newfound stagnation with absolute glee.
Khorne - I don’t necessarily agree with the idea that he would exactly become a ‘protector’ god, but I could believe that would be incidental. To me it seems much more likely that the primary beliefs and sensations he would latch onto would be honor, personal strength, and self-sufficiency. His newfound following would more or less be the wholesome side of things like homesteaders, first responders, powerlifters, etc.

In my headcanon, your endpoint of khorne is what khorne originally was. A god of honor, martial prowess, and justice. An eye for an eye, blood for blood. However, as the mortal realms developed and warfare took on a grander scale, khorne's heart hardened. Justice was no longer found in killing a murderer to avenge his victims. Khorne's justice now required the butchering of entire armies who killed without honor. Entire empires would be razed in retaliation for their crimes. Every slight, every injustice, stung at khorne like a wasp, and he was determined to dish out retribution for every one of them. That would lead to the khorne we know today: a god who has decided that mortals are inherently dishonorable creatures. That the only "justice" that can be achieved in a world like 40k is found in the slaughter of billions for the sins of their ancestors. In khorne's mind, there is no innocence, only varying degrees of guilt. He rallies his armies to bring down the old world with fire and steel so that a better one might be built on the ashes.

Tzeentch: literally would stop time flowing around it waiting to be let loose.
Nurgle: god of death and rebirth. Would make a new garden of nurgle so when you open his box, you immediately unleash a million plagues along with a foul wind that would carry him out.
Khorne: would just create more bloodthirsters and daemons to fight waiting for his inevitable release. Would likely be scratching at his walls as well as just honing his martial skills of himself and his newly created daemons.

In the lore series by Lutin, the emperor says that when dealing with the chaos gods he walked the only path of light. I wonder what other paths existed. The chaos gods must know their power is drawn mostly from humans and that our prosperity and existence is vital for their current form. I wonder if there was a grey or darker path the emperor could have taken that united the chaos gods with mankind. If the relationship was more amicable. If mankind was aware and informed about chaos and psychers were seen as preists and they could choose who they followed. If the chaos entities taught humans more about the warp.
I bring this up because the tyrinads, from my perspective, actually have a chance of genociding the entire human population. I wonder that if chaos in our timeline would try things that would let mankind survive, not for the sake of friendship, but for their own need if endless human emotions to fuel them. If we die, they also die. As it is clear that humans are the #1 contributor to the emotions poured into the warp. I don't know if it is because 1 human produces more warp emotions than 1 eldarie, or if there has to more than 1,000,000,000,000,000+ humans. That is just my guess on the human population, but if every hive world has 1,000,000,000,000 people, then I think my number is actually conservative.

Granted Slaanesh is also the god of perfection in all things, I think the part of her that would survive is what gave her birth in the first place : the quest for satisfaction, rather than excess. Instead of trying to push everyone to reach "greater high", she'd be solely fed by the feelings of fulfillment that come from achieving something, without immediately building a tolerance to it. Like, week A, you have [redacted] with your wife, it feels good, week A+1, you do the thing again, it feels just as good, *and there it is*. She'd probably get more psychic energy from, say, an artist who spent hours upon hours on their craft and *just* finished it, but she wouldn't push them to insanity and making it overcomplicated and replace the paint by blood and so on.
I mean come on, fizzling away with nothing left is just boring, I'm sure that would be an interresting alternative. If the god of axes in the face who's fueled by unyeilding rage can become a decent person, why couldn't my perfectionism have a deity that allows it to exist as well ?

One thing that always weirded me about Khorne is the idea that he embodies justice and honor. Like you would definitely see a bloodthirster body slam an orphan just for it looking at him wrong. In my eyes Khorne could embody the idea of a honorable duel it’s still bloodshed and honor so it would make sense for his followers to adopt a only fair fights policy. Plus this would give a cool theme to Khornes army of being the strongest but also the fairest and could add some calm to the otherwise murder train that is Korn daemons.

Slaanesh is also the diety of love and happiness, so they could essentially become like Aphrodite

While I generally agree with your Slaanesh analysis, in keeping with your way of rehabbing/transformation of the gods, he/she could dial it back to be more the God of procreation and creativity. Finding new ways to express yourself doesn't always have to be through murder orgies.
Also for all these transformations, it's fun to think about what new boons they'd give the new followers: Khorne giving his warriors a Sanctuary-type aura from DnD where no one can attack them unless they attack first. Or for Nurgle, transferring life from enemies to heal injuries

procreation is nurgle's domain (circle of life); creativity is Tzeench's. (progress)
Slaanesh represents excess. (which is exactly why she was created the way she was in 40k lore; created when all that was in moderation had lost it's value to the eldar and they resorted to everything in it's extremes; and it is also why her manifestation was so devastating)
pleasure is the main thing that leads people to slaanesh; but it is only the excess of pleasure that slaanesh really represents her, (as does the excess of pain, or sorrow, or any other experience)
of all the human states of mind, it is perhaps only ambition that can be seens as Slaaneshi.

I think the bigger issue here is that by cutting off all that power they should be receiving you may just create something worse. Maybe the gods are born anew outside the box but you might just create a "god of misplaced prayer" which amps up everything you displaced in one horrible package. A being so terrible that it forces the factions to unite against it. You may even need those shiny new gods you "purified" to help defeat what replaced them.

Ngl I’d kinda like to see your thoughts of what would happen if you did this to the other warhammer gods

I really like the analysis and *almost* completely agree with the conclusions, with the exception of Slannesh and Tzeench. The former I always understood as feeding off *emotions in general* not specifically excessive ones. It's just that more emotions/more excess, means more power so that's what she encourages. So my guess (under that understanding) would be that she'd turn into the heart of the pantheon, acting in a similar vein as Isha in the caring fashion, but from an emotional rather than physical sense.
Tzeench I've understood as a God of Magic and Knowledge *primarily* and scheming as a convenient secondary. Take away the latter and I could see him focus more on the former so I'd see him coming out as The God of Knowledge and Invention, with maybe a bit of carefree-ness as a byproduct of his old scheming nature. Kinda like a mix between Odin & Loki, or something like that?
I don't know, just kinda spitballing here...

Imo they’d just disappear in the box with no food, sure some time may be required but they’d go.
During that time would something else take their place or would it just be themselves reincarnated? Would the time in the above case be any effect? Wouldn’t it warp shenanigans back to they were them?
