    Oh my gosh!!! The best hang clean tips video I saw so far. I recently added to my workout the hang clean exercise and this is really helpful.

    i am 6’4 305 pound can deadlift 405 and squat 465 but i some how can’t do two plate on this i’ve tried getting low to catch on my shoulder but the bar tends to slip out

    I find out when i do this it hurts my wrist and my arms are tight from muscles gains so its not as flexible any tips to correct this

      You are not getting your elbows far enough forward on your rotations and possibly not getting under the bar enough during the same phase. He talk about it at 1:30 mark.

      You could also try wearing wrist wraps. They have always helped me when doing lifts that involve putting heavy weight on your wrists.

    When we’re in the weight room and move on to these we do 4 sets of 8. Im trying to perfect it💀

      Do less reps per set, eg. 5 sets of 3, technique breakdown happens faster in Oly lifting

    I have a hard time getting my elbows that far forward. I feel like I’m not flexible enough???

      Work on your wrist mobility and flexibility

    When you say a higher hang position, what you really mean and show us is a higher jump position
