You are not getting your elbows far enough forward on your rotations and possibly not getting under the bar enough during the same phase. He talk about it at 1:30 mark.

I find out when i do this it hurts my wrist and my arms are tight from muscles gains so its not as flexible any tips to correct this

You could also try wearing wrist wraps. They have always helped me when doing lifts that involve putting heavy weight on your wrists.
When we’re in the weight room and move on to these we do 4 sets of 8. Im trying to perfect it💀

Do less reps per set, eg. 5 sets of 3, technique breakdown happens faster in Oly lifting

Work on your wrist mobility and flexibility
Position your hands wider on the bar
Broke: cheat curls
Woke: supinated hang power cleans
When you say a higher hang position, what you really mean and show us is a higher jump position
