Great! Thank you very much for your sharing! It is clear for the idea keeping left hand on first position and just bend the 1st finger backward so as to let 2nd, 3rd, 4th fingers pressed easily and in tune!
That's great! Yes, I find most of the time when teaching that my students' intonation problems stem from a hand position issue, and once made aware of it, they are able to remedy the situation pretty easily. So glad it was helpful. Best to you.
