You have great videos, Thanks! I'm in Alexandria... I was wondering if you used a relay with your horn. I have one that looks just like it. It draws 4.5 amps. The circuit has a 7.5 fuse. It came on an NC700xd I bought. Never had an issue. Am thinking of putting it on my 03 Rebel 1100T ABS.
@@ontherebel11 good to know, thanks! The Rebel 1100T DCT Is a great bike! Great you have so many helpful how to videos as well ! We 1100 owners are in luck! = )
Hi Taylor!!! Unfortunately Honda doesn't make the backrest in brown..... so i took mine to a local shop to get it redone to match my brown seats.... not sure why Honda doesn't make it in brown....
Thanks for sharing another rebel mod installation. Love the subtle humor in your videos. I am not too sure on how it looks but if they are functional than I think its a good compromise.
Thank you! Even though i'm not sure about the looks, i'm sure i'll overlook it after 10 hours in the saddle and be glad i have them! i might consider having them on only while touring, but i'm going to keep an open mind for the time being.
Hi Mohammed! Not this particular model, but I have seen other owners get highway Pegs from Amazon and place them on the frame. Some mentioned that they had a tough time getting them on, but I personally don't have experience with them. Hope this helps brother 🤙
Hi Paul! I can't agree more with you brother! I'm currently on a 12 day amazing trip to key west and back, I'll take function over form any day, the highway Pegs along with the new top case that doubles as a backrest is a game changer! Ugly sure feels good hahaha 🤣🤣
Is it possible to twist the first main bracket that is fixed to the sw motech crashbar, more toward the body of the bike? So when the pegs are folded out it will only be the foot peg itself protruding from the crashbar? Difficult to explain, hope you get my meaning
Hi Grant! There are many adjustments and different ways of attaching the footpegs, I ran out of time during the install and didn't fully explore all the positions, i will definitely be trying out many different positions and angels as i'm not too happy with the look, just too bulky..... I will most likely remove them and only attach them for long distance riding.
The pegs are definitely nice but personally I don't care for the look... I'm not sure but if they could mount inside the cage might be cool if there's enough room .. but a different brkt. would be needed
Thanks Dan, I did reposition them and they did look better. I tried them out on a 1,500 mile trip and they sure made it easy to overlook the aesthetics! 🤣
Thank you Jay! I realized that on my 3,000 mile trip in Feb! I was hesitating to reinstall them for my upcoming trip on Wednesday, you motivated me to install them! Just the sign I needed! Thank you brother! Great hearing from you! 🤙

Those two combinations look like a perfect design, together.
Thank you Ray! 🙏
This is the one thing I felt the rebel 1100 was lacking. Mid controls are great, but sometimes I want a more relaxed feel.
Hi Mason! Yes sir, i have since adjusted them and tested them on several 200 mile rides, i'll be uploading the update video next week!

Thank you Jess! I didn't need a relay tbh. FYI I'm using a Denali mini soundbomb that was a direct swap and has worked great for the past 3 years! 🍻
