Great stretch. I have been doing your reformer classes and I am loving the change in my body. I am in South Africa so super excited to be logged on to you. I do have a technical question. The voice over is very quiet. I have my volume up at 100% but am finding it hard to hear your instruction. Is there any chance you can increase the volume from your side. Much obliged. Looking forward to more classes.
Thank you for the feedback. I’ll see if I can find a solution. I might have to purchase a different mic. Not sure why some people can’t hear. I’ve had maybe two or three others say the same thing.

Pilates can help you build lean muscle mass. The most lean muscle mass you have the higher your resting metabolic rate - the amount of calories you burn just resting. So, yes. Pilates 3x a week along with eating a balanced diet can help with weight loss. The biggest factor in weight loss though is healthy diet.
