Hello I tried your candy apple recipe and they came out beautifully I even did the gold splatter once they dried to touch I didn’t bag them and when I woke up this morning they were sticky to touch my question is I’m not going to be able to bag them now because they are sticky unless I get the clear boxes please help thanks
Hello, ok did you put them in the fridge after you dipped them? I always bag mine right after they cool. It’s best to keep them in a very cool place because the humidity is what makes them sticky. If you want now that they are sticky you can cover them in Candy sugar the same color as the apples then you would be able to bag them.
I have a video showing how to cover your apples in the candy sugar if you would like to know how to cover them. I hope this helps if you need anything else please don’t hesitate to let me know.
@@TinaSweetsFromHeaven no I didn’t put them in the fridge because my central air was on and I also didn’t have bags it was for my kids but they got sticky
If you do the cleaning Process correctly and let them sit out for 24 to 48 hours before you dip them they will hold for at least three weeks in the fridge hope this helps and thanks for watching!!!
