Ingredients:
1. 3 black tea / Earl Grey Tea bags
2. 450 ml boiling water
3. 10 g powdered Konjac Jelly T (Vegetarian edible) (Strict ketogenic diet recommends 10 grams of powdered gelatin, lower in carbohydrates)
4. 30 g monk fruit sweetener (or use30 g sugar, if you are not keto dieters)
Vegan Jasmine Green Tea Jelly
Ingredients:
1. 3 Jasmine Green Tea bags
2. 450 ml boiling water
3. 10 g powdered Konjac Jelly T (Vegetarian edible) (Strict ketogenic diet recommends 10 grams of powdered gelatin, lower in carbohydrates)
