    🌟 Keto Black and White Tofu Pudding
    Ingredients:
    1. 250 g Sugarless black soy milk
    2. 250 g Sugarless soy milk
    3. 12 g powdered Konjac Jelly T (Vegetarian edible) (Strict ketogenic diet recommends 12 g of powdered gelatin, lower in carbohydrates)
    4. 30 g monk fruit sweetener (or use 60 g sugar, if you are not keto dieters)
    5. 1 Tablespoon salt
    6. 700 ml cold water
    7. 250 g ice cubes
    NUTRITION FACTS (monk fruit sweetener version)
    Yields serving: 2.5 (2 big cups 1 small cup)
    Net carbs: 3.9 g
    Protein: 6.9 g
    Fat: 3.6 g
    Fiber: 1.2 g
    Calories: 81.6 Kcal
    (big one: 81 Kcal , small one: 40 Kcal )
    🔹Tips:
    1.The douhua of this version may melt after being heated, so it can only be served cold.
    2.Remember to preserve the douhua in a fridge. It's best to consume the homemade douhua within 2 days.
