Excellent challenge list! I've had to deal with every one of these. Some of these points were much more pronounced when I was young (especially 2, 3, 6, 7, and 8), but I developed my own solutions to them over time. Thankfully, my late wife wasn't put off by my oddities. I don't think I've seen anyone else address this topic in this manner. Bravo! The Anna: energy looks up. The hair is rockin'. Still possibly the most beautiful redhead in North America and likely one of the most intelligent (from my decades of observation). I recall an ex girlfriend of mine I dated for 4 years expressing her concern that I had a bad habit keeping things from her and that was one of the things that got her rethinking the relationship.
Examples would be like me getting into a fender bender and not telling her but she found out by accident from a mutual friend 2 months later. I honestly didn't think it was that important to share about that part of my day with her.
Knowing your tendency toward sigma traits may help you reveal a bit more in future... when you find someone worthy of that!

As a Sigma, keeping a relationship has always been difficult for me. #8 & #9 are very difficult as expanding and keeping those social groups and hobbies with like Sigma personalities goes against the grains of our being. Tribes are tough ones as we avoid large groups all together. So with self-growth, does that mean we should find other channels like yours and let you be?

Love your show, I am a Red pill Sigma male, there are far more of us than most people realize, one of our main strengths is that we are highly observant, but in stealth mode. We see beyond the superficial and are more realistic. Sadly, what we see is that, more often than not, the worst thing a modern western woman can do to a man, is say YES. We often see the trail of men in their wake, that would have been better off having never even met them. We are fully aware that fathers and husbands are considered disposable. Clean them out and throw them away. Fully half of western men, (and growing) have given up on women entirely. We don't play games we know we can not win. We know we can be destroyed by nothing more than a baseless accusation. Not trying to be Pessimistic, just realistic. I do, however, feel sorry for the few good women out there who are still worth the risk. Peace be with you, Love your optimism.
Yes, it'll get worse before better. As long as I continue to receive success stories I'll cling to optimism lol Though many don't realize, truly realize, that getting a good one is only half the battle... it takes effort from both partners to maintain a happy relationship. Team mate.
Here's what I've learned, having raised a daughter. If you want them to turn out right, there has to be a strong fatherly figure in the household. Ideally, the woman to look for comes from an intact nuclear family, with a strong, dominant, compassionate father figure. As much as I love educated women, once they've been influenced by "higher education" (the skills are fine, but the blue ideology destroys them), they're not as apt to do well in a relationship. She needs rock solid, family values. I'll say, the problem is there for women, as well. She's having trouble finding a good man. There are still good women out there, raised with rock solid values, pristine for a potential husband, and an amazing cook, just for the icing on the cake. In my daughter's case, potentially a bit lacking in some feminine charm, as this was a case where dad had to raise alone. Just know what to look for, and where. They're out there.

Great presentation. The "Sigma" hooked me in, lol. I do try to be more outgoing and personable to those I meet while doing some volunteer work. I found out decades ago that putting myself in situations that I would rather not be in isn't such a big deal and I do practice sharing with others within the confines of my private lifestyle choices. I'm not dating and don't intend to unless I happen upon that rare jewel of a woman. Being friendly and having friends is all I care to deal with for now. I admire your bluntness and see it as a plus. It seems like that is the root of your success in your presentations. Good luck moving forward and consider adding Rumble to your platforms. YT is getting worse with their terms, conditions, censorship and desire to compensate presenters fairly for their work. With the economy heating up and the US govt. proposing legislation to control our internet along with advertising revenues dropping on YT, it seems like diversifying into other platforms is very wise in case YT should fail or become unavailable to you or your subscribers. This was my unorthodox solution for mundane phone calls: consider women only if they live within 1 mile of you. Make it customary to visit after work, perhaps every day or every other day. Bring a publication to read that interests you, while she's watching her tv/movie, etc. You speak in person and the phone call is irrelevant. It does work, but I would not try this with someone who lived, say 15 miles away.
All week long I'm an Alpha. But the weekends? Pure Sigma. Always learning. Always amused. Always having fun. Your videos are wonderful. You truly are a GOOD guys WING-Mam.

Thankyou Dock , I suggested an acting practice for a facial expression, which worked and you were appreciative , anyway I’m a sigma male we do have some soft edges and yes awkwardness can be a problem but sigma’s assess everything and some people whom consider themselves normal actually have hidden eccentricities which eventually become exposed and this can make them uncomfortable. I'm sure I know the type, but I don't know how to connect it to the designation of, "Omega". Is there a proper list of designations people are using to describe personality types? The more women you know and date, the more likely your are to find the quality woman for you (certainly NOT guaranteed). *Plus, "quality woman" is not a point on a range, it is a range of it's own. But this is where we always end up; you give decent advice and I can't forget the hundreds of woman who contradict and fight every point you make. At least other people are winning.

Advice: To see things clearly, take a break from dating. I noticed that I automatically stop dating after coming across two types. The gold digger that gets you to pay all her bills and Chinese women, the all around nightmare. I don't see how they reproduce. Result of a high male to female ratio in their ethnic group.
Take the time to examine yourself first. Than ask yourself what are the essentials in a woman you "need". The hot little 18 year old is the icing on the cake but it may NOT be enough. Can you imagine her risking her life for anyone or any cause? Just being a woman does not mean she gets away with low standards and low character. Make it a short list. Simple. And don't date woman who fail the list.

There’s heaps of Stoic philosophy advice on RUclips including for example the Reflections of Marcus Aurelius the Roman Emperor
alpha , sigma, beta, I believe all men are a bit of all with a dominant trait; as for me, I'm considered an outgoing introvert, a quality I struggle with at the beginning; now it serves me well to understand with whom I like to interact...however I've not been able to find a "perfect" match possibly for a problem of "comfort zone", theirs, not mine so I can only keep on searching, trying to apply your suggestions
"Trying to apply suggestions" for the win! That's all you can do. People often mistake me for an extrovert because I'm not shy (anymore), but I'm actually very much an introvert and need a LOT of alone time (along with all the other classic signs). And I do agree there's a lot of overlap, usually with one dominant trait re: alpha, sigma, beta et al. :)

Not sure about “Sigma” I have some of the traits but was married, widowed and now have at 66 another, also a widower, partner. I can be very open and am straight forward so not sure I fit the Sigma type. Meh!

We are called Lone Wolf for a reason. We require respect of our time and energy and, to copy a feminist phrase, “we don’t need no women (or anyone) who is disrespectful, inconsistent, and/or untrustworthy.” And, btw, we might seem, to you, to be fearful of opening up, but this is hardly the case; we just don’t like wasting our time, the most Sigma-acknowledged, finite resource all human’s have. To be frank, western women have literally nothing to offer to us in a relationship that we can’t get better elsewhere and without all the wasted energy, time, and drama. To be blunt, most western women are, for the most part, are good for one thing that I dare not express here, but the phrase begins with ‘pump’ and ends with the word ‘dump’. 😉
I, for one, am not an introvert. I simply see no logical reason to interact with drama creators or time wasters; there is literally nothing worthy of having that could come out of most conversations.

I'm a sigma male who was married for 23 years but my wife found me boring and was always thinking about the bad boy. I not so sure that their is a sigma male. I think they just changed the name of a beta male to sigma.
Typically, a beta will almost always follow an assertive leader; a sigma man will only follow someone's lead if he trusts and respects that position. :)
