Actually… your drawing is quite good.
Edit: more importantly, thanks for this presentation! I found it informative.

Hello Nebi, thank you for watching and I am sorry to hear you're experiencing this situation. Although I have produced many videos and podcast episodes on different approaches with this condition I can't make any direct suggestions to you without understanding more about your situation your overall health etc. If needed, we could certainly get on a webcam call or a phone call to discuss in detail to help you get back on track.

Hi thx for your videos. I’ve had pain on the fifth metatarsal area of my foot. Went to a podiatrist & he took an x-ray and ruled out a stress fracture but didn’t know what it was. Never had any redness or swelling. I hoped it would resolve on its own if I stopped running/jump-roping but has stayed essentially the same for several months. Do you have any ideas of what this stubborn ailment could be besides a stress fracture? Thx!

Thanks for watching and I am glad you have enjoyed the videos. I wouldn’t make a guess about a diagnosis. If you need to figure it out I’m sure we could get on a WebCam call and try to figure it out, but obviously if you have pain and you have trouble there’s something going on and it would probably be useful to figure it out even if your podiatrist could not. If needed I’m sure we could get on WebCam call to discuss it further
