@@thunderbird3694 if your brain don't work. Neither will your feet. Do this. I've had problems for 20 years in my feet. My Drs. can't fix it. So I had to do it myself. Tap the back of your head and back of neck. Or squeeze back of neck. My pain goes away. I used to never sleep because of the pain in my burning feet. Now pain is manageable and I can sleep 7-9 hours a night. Dr. Alan Mandell says use a hairbrush. My hand does just as well. Good luck. Also I'm on gabapentin.
@@jonogren5567 thanks for reply! My podiatrist put me on Gabapentin 2 years ago and it only helped a little with the pain in my feet, but did improve my sleeping. I quit the Gabapentin after 1 year because I totally lost my libido and read that was a possible side effect of Gaba. I believe brain injury & bleeding was at front right area of my brain, but I suppose that does not rule out injury elsewhere to my brain. It used to feel like I was walking on sharp rocks, but it has gotten better over this past year to where I can actually walk a couple miles/day in soft shoes and it feels more like bunched socks under balls of feet instead of sharp rocks. I have no pain in feet when I am sit-in for lying down, but I do get severe cramping in feet and legs during the night on occasion. How long do you tap/squeeze back of your neck? Did pain in your feet go away the first day? Thanks again!
@@thunderbird3694 as much as needed to kill the pain. Like you said the burning pain is worst at night. It's because it's so quiet at night. Nothing to distract the brain like during the day, housework, watching TV, etc. So I will tap and squeeze an hour before bed for about 30 minutes. The longer the better results. I do this at least 3 times a day, when I'm not busy.
@@thunderbird3694 actually the pain did get better in a couple days. I keep at it because I enjoy sleeping. I had years of sleepless nights of shooting stabbing pain in both feet.
Wow! Thanks so much for sharing this information. I'm 33 years old, and has lupus. I just recently got discharged out the hospital and struggling with nerve pain in my left foot. I'm struggling with almost everything you talking about and I can barely walk. I'm walking around with the help of a brace in my sneakers. I'm going online now and try ordering all of these. These tips are very helpful to me thanks so much. Will be back to give my review.
Exercise in water has been very good for me.I have footdrop after backsurgery, nervepain in my feet. I am living in Finland, hot sauna and cold water after sauna also helps for better bloodflow. Days after swimmingpool and sauna I am nearly without pain.
I am 80Yers non nondiabtic from INDIA.suffering from peripheral neuropathy with less nrrve pain but severe spongyness in the sole of feet that inhibits stability of feet and walking difficulty .any product from you I can get any special shoes.request reply.
I got the Covid 19 last year in August, 2022. I was sick for about 2weeks at home. About the 4th day the bottom of my feet started to feel hot and i always were searching for a cooler spot on the bed sheets to rub my feet against. I knew that was a new and unusual feeling that started with my Covid sickness. Well, it’s been 8 months now and that problem didn’t completely go away. Now I have more cold then hot sensations.I don’t feel the hot water in the shower when I step in. My legs from top to bottom are not the same as before I got sick with Covid. My dr send me for a ultrasound scan, and the blood vessels were good but nerves were not tested. And I don’t have diabetes, cholesterol is a bit up but that’s nothing new. Looks like I have to get more tests done, this doesn’t look like it will go away on it’s own.😢 Thanks for this info and video!
Sane prob here. My neuropathy is all over. I had a nerve test and skin test done. My neurologist said it could be long haul covid symptoms. This came out of nowhere where. My b12 was borderline low. Been taking Magnesium Glycinate at night. It helps
I have secondary progressive multiple sclerosis. One of the very worst symptoms is exquisite levels of nerve pain, mainly wherever there is a high concentration of peripheral nerves. Face, genitals, legs especially feet which is the very worst area. The most distressing pain feels like I am being constantly roasted and burnt everywhere but the most devastating area is my feet which constantly experience unremitting levels of pain made much worse by cold. Although I understand why this pain is present all the time I believe that to much emphasis is always put on the fact I have advanced secondary progressive MS. However, all though I accept this consequence of MS I strongly believe that there is another problem running in parallel. The blood supply to my feet (and other periphery areas) is poor especially in my feet. I am looking for someone to provide me with advice on how to ensure my nutrient levels are sufficient to ensure my blood supply is not impeded
Lakukan pemijatan lembut di seluruh badan anda terutama area kaki amatlah membantu. Kurangi asupan gula dan minyak goreng yg tidak sehat dan gali pengetahuan tentang neuropaty perifier lebih dalam.
I am curious . Did you have blood labs taken before all the pain began? My coworker is currently out of work because a couple months ago, he had bloodwork, and the nurse tore into his nerve while taking blood. Ever since then, his hands and feet feel like they are on fire, and the cold air makes it worse.
Peace and Blissings unto you. My suggestion would be to start with celery juice. Please go to @medicalmedium for further information to help improve your health. Guaranteed you will get better!

I started having numbness of feet to my knee..I had back surgery in May 2023 I'm praying this goes away in time..I didn't wait a long time before contacting my neurosurgeon so hopefully not permanent..
Woohoo 🎉 found it hehe, I just commented on another of your posts just now about this subject 🙏, I have found a link between caffeine intake and my neuropathy, and have cut back on my consumption including sugar. I worked out all the ingredients specifically sugar in my coffee, and realised I am eating about 1kg of sugar per week just from my coffee alone, I included the sugars from milk even, here in Australia about 11g per 100ml and was absolutely blown away with what I was consuming. I cut milk out, cut sugar out and have replaced it with a stevia sweetener (I don’t know that is as bad or worse), restricted myself to how many coffees per day I drink too, it has helped a bit, the last thing is giving up smoking, probably the hardest thing because my ADHD brain really enjoys the circuit breaker and stimulants. And yes for the first time in 40 years of smoking I have also stopped smoking pot too this past month, and I don’t miss it at all, no alcohol for many years, I can’t stand the stuff.

I'm so thankful I stumbled onto your videos!! The information you share helps educate me. What can you suggest for someone who works on her feet all day? The foot pain is bad enough at work, but it's awful once I get home so much so that it hurts to walk and the pain interferes with my sleep badly. Some nights I'll apply Tiger Balm and still takes me hours to finally be able to sleep. I'm only 56 but I hobble around the house like I'm 90 once I lay down for a bit and try to get up even just to walk to the kitchen or bathroom. It seems like I'm in constant pain no matter how many hours I can lay down. I've been in bed for a week now with COVID and I still hurt like I put in 10 hours on my feet each day. Like my Mom & I always joked, "I'm way too young to feel this old!"
@@India_garden great suggestions. I do try to have regular Epsom salt baths but I think I want to buy a footbath specifically from Amazon. I had never thought about changing shoes mid shift but that's actually very brilliant.

Last Nov 2023 I woke up with severe pain from right lumbar down to my legs and feet. This caused my right foot to be numb. I had MRI and had result of a L4 L5 L5 S1 Spondylolisthesis stage 2 and L3 L4 Spondylolisthesis stage 1. Now the numbness of my right foot is since Nov 2023 until now You are right it might be my spinal cord injury which caused the numbness. Only an ortho surgeon is available in my country. I dont think we have PODIATRIST here. Let me check.
I broke my grand toe a year and a half ago. Dropped a heavy wooden nightstand drawer with at least 20 pounds of weight in it directly on my big toe. Still having pain a year and a half+ later. Think it’s nerve damage. Doctor recommended a CT scan after having 2 sets of X-rays. I think an MRI would be more useful in looking at the nerves or is an CT scan actually a better way to go?
Thank You thank you! My doctor & I have been pursuing the many possibilities of circulatory problems for months-not wrong, I do have circulation issues-but now I know I have neuropathy AS WELL. I could go into boring detail, but suffice it to say I am a textbook case, with all the symptoms you describe. A nurse showed me the flexing exercise you describe just this week; I will add the others to my regime. I have been using the supplements you mention just for a week or two, but mainly for liver protection and general health. so I was about to drop them from my budget. Now I will consider ditching my smart drugs instead. I have saved your video for later review. Thanks!
I know this peripheral neuropathy struggle primarily because I work on my feet 10+ hours per day. I have also had spinal arthritis since I was in a bad car accident when I was 8 months pregnant with my son. I got rear ended by a woman going at least 50mph

I injured something in the Perineum Andy my feet haven’t stopped hurting since. I also have some pain on the inside of my right knee and failed the patellar test on the right side. No one knows what’s wrong with me. The neurologists and urologist cannot figure it out. However, I have yet to see a podiatrist. I wonder if they could help?
I feel this video have been made for me! Because I’m pretty desperate to find a solution for my right foot pain and heavy stiffness! I’ve seen a podiatrist and have been recommended some shoes and orthotics but my foot keep getting worst, I did x ray and ultrasound as well but still haven’t found the problem. So I just wonder if I should go back to my podiatrist or see other specialists. I will try find the best solution because I think I might not be able to work anymore because of my foot issue…. I’m only 29

What are your thoughts about the benefits of walking barefoot to re-educate the foot, which brings a multitude of health benefits o ones body - according to numerous recent studies ? Have you ever watched the documentary on Earthing ? Itvexplains the idea of grounding oneself to the Earth's vibrations, thanks to physical contact to it... Cheers and thx for the advice. Ps: though my doctor says I have gout, she cannot explain how I get it as I don't drink and was vegetarian for 9 out of 10 episodes. ... Also, peripheral pain and burning in my left foot over the years was - I was told - due to HIV drug treatments. However, no foot doctor ever examined me...
We appreciate you watching and contributing! Personally, if you are having foot pain, most people get the best relief for me with more support (proper cushioned support). Then when the pain improves, we can incorporate more minimalist walking to strengthening later. Most people who push barefoot walking are already healthier without major biomechanical issues. Could a brain injury cause pain in the ball of feet?
I am 80Yers non nondiabtic from INDIA.suffering from peripheral neuropathy with less nrrve pain
but severe spongyness in the sole of feet that inhibits stability of feet and walking difficulty .any product from you I can get any special shoes.request reply.

update please
It helps
What about Benfotiamine with alpha lipoic acid plus keto diet?
Oh my 16 year granddaughter has got nerve pains in her legs🦵🦵.,oh Doc thank you ,ill tell her to start Water exercise..gid bless you 🙏📖🤗🌺👌👌
I have secondary progressive multiple sclerosis.

This is great information thank you; so much!

L3 L4 Spondylolisthesis stage 1. Now the numbness of my right foot is since Nov 2023 until now
You are right it might be my spinal cord injury which caused the numbness.

Thanks!

Personally, if you are having foot pain, most people get the best relief for me with more support (proper cushioned support). Then when the pain improves, we can incorporate more minimalist walking to strengthening later. Most people who push barefoot walking are already healthier without major biomechanical issues.
