As a burn player I hate being out aggro’d. It sucks to see but good deck and I hope it brings you success on the future.

I think a lot of the games came down to greedy opponents keeping risky hands. I definitely think FoN and Surge are great in this deck as extra protection. I will be brewing slivers again. Great video!
What are your thoughts about FoN? When I take a quick glance at the list, the impression I get is that there aren't enough blue cards to reliably pitch to cast for free, and aren't enough Blue mana producing lands to reliably hard cast it?
So we have 15 blue cards maindeck. I believe* 16 is the minimum number people play in legacy when using force of will. I can definitely see your concern about not having enough pitch fodder. Maybe more of the protection slivers would alleviate that. My point is having an answer to combo/problematic noncreature spells is kinda what this deck needed.
A dude at my LGS has been running this exact build minus the surges for a LONG time now, he rarely went above 2-2.
My favorite tribe coming out strong. I may actually build this!! And i haven't played or ever been interested in modern for a long time

Oh man something about my childhood makes me root for slivers, I traded a 1st Edition Chancey for a Sliver queen many moons ago and I’ve been in love since.
I think the only factor to be changed on this build is the manabase somehow. Having Surge of Salvation and not being able to cast it if needed frequently is awkward... Don't know if there's an easy fix for it though
I've been trying to figure that out. Honestly, a uw horizon land would be great, I'd run 4 over Islet and clearing in a heartbeat. Been considering flipping Islet for sunbaked canyon in the mean time.

I miss playing slivers. Now that they have a shield against spot removal I might start again

I literally own a copy of diffusion sliver and I never noticed how thicc they are in the art until I watched this video.

I can’t believe it just bought burn before seeing this deck…
Burn will be much better in the long run. This 5-0 was very reliant on opponents getting unlucky, this deck seems capable but very vulnerable to clunkiness.

Seemed like every OP had terrible draws, i would like to see the deck perform against the optimal draws of each deck tbh! Looks very fun regardless!
so then in that instance he can get the optimal draw also along with the opp and still kill them.....
@@edstone9890 All I meant was that we can’t really get a feel for the true power of a deck when it’s basically goldfishing against land screwed opponents or opponents on bad draws every match. No hate intended i love Bob’s content!

Massive creatures, and you're going to chip your opponent with aggressive starts. Hard for most decks to hit harder with creatures than Slivers.
Because it's aggro?
Why would it need to with 4 Sinew Slivers and 4 Predator Slivers? It's almost always going to have bigger creatures.

Wizards refused to give us any more support. Horizons 3 was a disappointment.. oh but they did make 2 new anti sliver cards tho. 🙄🤦♂️

Okay man, this is a good deck tech, and a good gameplay video, but please stop with the up talking. I understand if it's just how you talk but it is very hard to listen to at some points. Sorry for not offering actual criticism here, I probably just sound super negative.

Its hilarious that all the bullshit evoke elementals make this deck competitively viable. MH2 fucked the format into oblivion, but if it made Slivers viable again I can almost forgive it.

bruh look at that league, def no where close to a real mtg setting in modern. mono blue tron 1st hardened scales top 5 and another tron player in the top :/ Edit: also didn't even get furied once :/
