  • I forget to stretch all of the time, so I know this video is going to help me and hopefully help you! I actually just performed this set after teaching a spin class and it felt soooo good! Don’t mind the squinty eyes and facial expressions - it was sunny on my rooftop! :P

    There is nothing better than a good stretch! This is a great routine! AND it looks like you have a great place to do them!

    Keeping this one up on my computer for later tonight or tomorrow morning! I always need more stretching even if I'm doing more barre and exercises that include stretching. Today and tomorrow I have longer more intense classes and at night instead of the morning so stretching it out before bed and in the morning are going to be key to get through the next couple days!
