people thinks autism is such a heavy serious problem. no it is not. all you have to do is give them attention. and you must have PATIENCE. it is the same as a person who doesn't know how to do programming. so you teach them. it may take them 3 to 4 years to finally create a working bugless program. IT IS THAT LONG.
thanks you somuch, you wake up me from craying for ny 4 yo son. and now after 4 months stop screen time at all, he really grow wonderful. je start interaction with kids now that before he didnt reach to his name call. thanks once again
Ms. Rachel has great shows, as well as Blue's Clues. Shows with real people help my son, because he can see how their mouth moves. (He has a speech and language delay)
What about all the late diagnosed autistic people who grew up without or mostly without screens? And in that generation you know there are many undiagnosed. These people are really reaching. Autism is a neurotype.
From what I've seen/researched it seems those diagnosed late are mostly very high functioning and so it isn't that big of a challenge for them as compared to the less functioning ones. Even if you see parents of autistic children these days who are diagnosed after their children got diagnosed, you will see that the parents are always high functioning and the kids are usually not.

What’s an example of something with more dialogue in it ?
Even Peppa pig is better
Sesame Street, tv shows where the characters actually talk to each other rather than just videos of the alphabet or shapes, human interactions

So it could be that screens do in fact negatively affect children.
