  • After 13 month of using this set ups on this scooter I warrantee that work!!! Scooter was sold to a friend who is loving it as well! Find him on my FB Group!!!
It took several month of research and testing to be able to give this to you guys!!! Consider to subscribe to my channel!!!
Using scooters with stock D controllers with 60V Battery I reconfirm positively that set ups I did on this scooter work without problems!!! Hard stopping, uphill pushing 38mph this scooter takes it like nothing, stable speed with 1100W motors. No shot off, no controllers burn or anything aside of bearings I had to replace on rear wheel after 3 month of hard testing!
Ninebot Max on dual Motors with Lever electronic brake remove is the key so regen doesn't shot off the battery burning the controllers.
Yes Esnkaz put it to the test and revealed that to you guys!!!
Check out links, down the page, for big motor wiring and related information about this installation.
Ninebot Max with voltages from: 36V stock up to 60V using G30D controller and motors Stock G2 up to 1100W.
WARNING!!!! Make absolutely sure to leave the brake lever cable connection OFF connecting to the DASH of the scooter.
Leaving lever connected to dash will burn your controller!!!
Controllers will hold up 60v if not overload from regen (kers).
Remove kers completely, when making your firmware otherwise warning beeping will appear.
If you are already using mymaxmods 48v firmware is great but you will need to do a couple of changes.
1 remove completely kers. Off. (that will remove the beeping when detaching the lever from the dash)
2 increase ams from 34 to 38 or 40 continues drain.
Torque and kick or none kick you can play with as wish.
Read and understand your scooter system before making firmwares or changes to your scooter to avoid permanent damages.
    Batteries tested on: 36V Stock.
36V stock plus 12V10ah from mymaxmods =48v (on full charge 54.6V)
    36V Stock 15ah. plus 24V 15ah External = 60V. (on full charge 67.2V)
48V 21ah. gold edition from mymaxmods.
    60V 27Ah Wolf Warrior X Pro scooter.
Another warning!!! Make sure to get information from batteries makers.
Get specifics such as battery size which are determinate by cells in series, Ams.
Get specifics of what BMS battery is loaded with that at least support drain of 50A and above.
Another tip if you are using 36V stock which is 15ah make sure that external 12V or 24V has same capacity otherwise your scooter will be shutting off at the middle of your ride.
All my testing was done using:
    Ultimate batteries Molicel 21700 P42A 4200mAh 45A:
Internal 48V 25ah plus external 12V25ah total voltage 60V. smooth, torque and fast!!!
About firmware for it: 48V firmwares will work just fine!
As well speed and torque will be determinate by load, winds and terrain.
Install physical brakes on your scooter when doing this set ups.
Reinforce your scooter and ware full face helmet and full gear for your safety.
This is very important to read about all safety first before riding a fast scooter.

One question, what kind of max amperages are you running on your firmwares since doesn't having two controllers and motors double the amperage draw from the battery system. For instance if you have firmware with 30A maximum on both controllers doesn't it then draw 60A max from battery system. If so do you still have stock bms on the battery which is limited if i remember correctly to 42A. And when having external battery with separate bms can you then just add both of those bms amps together to get the maximum amp draw from the system? Cool build and I might try to do this with another stock motor or would it be worth it. Currently running 72V system on stock motor and custom firmware with fieldweakening enabled having top speed of 60kmh as 100kg ish driver. The extra acceleration is what im interested in and probably top speed would increase a bit too.

    • @esnkaz
      @esnkaz  5 месяцев назад +1

Yes you need to replace the bms on your stock battery or upgrade the battery. We tried on stock battery and 24v external to convert to 60v but battery kept shutting off. We upgraded the battery bms with a 200a max discharge and that scooter is still running. However upgrading to a better battery would be the right thing to do. Set your controllers from wheel 38a continuous discharge and 64a peak. Motors of 11w on 60 on that set up are beast !

Correct. Simply set up the controller, disable the kerks and then unplug lever from Dash board.

Its 1 throttle driving "2 scooters" using 1 battery source. It's essentially just 2 dashes and 2 controllers.
There's a Y-cable from the upgraded battery to each controller.
The throttle he uses (which has the same wiring as the normal throttle), is wired to both throttle inputs on each dash. He has one dash in the tube and one on top like normal.

    • @esnkaz
      @esnkaz  4 месяца назад

You can double up battery if you can hack the controller. Definitely don’t add up speed. Scooter frame it’s weaker than regular g30. Sell it and get an old ninebot. All you would need it’s the frame and rebuild it with good parts. Use 48v up to 60v for regular commute on a g30. Not above with motors 1000w up to 1500w and not above.

@@esnkaz Great explanations, but still, the part with the brakes is not clear... your build has NO BRAKES ? at all ? how you stop? Why the controllers to be burned if connect the brake lever ? that happened to you ? are you sure is because of that ? because there are other movies with similar dual motor setup and people do use brakes ....

    • @esnkaz

@@tangoztek scooter comes with electrical brakes. Which activate when pressing the lever for the front brake. Lever has a sensor which is wired up and connects to the dashboard and so to the main controller. There is no firmware that will avoid the burning of controllers when upgrading to higher power if the lever contact is not detached from the system. (Which means if lever its connected to the system, current will push back causing the controller to smoke) That’s why physical hydraulic or wires brakes are added with rotors for scooters. I hope this is more clear.
