    This video was made by your request guys!!! hope you like it!! Thank you for your support!
    If you are looking to simply to remove a tire and install after repair simply check those parts in the video. Cleaning a rim is always the best way of going, start with 120 Grip sandpaper down to 320 and final pass 1200. Always move your hand on straight line. no rotation or sideways when sanding. After rim repair or simply clean tire will go in without much effort and as you guys can see I do installations with a bike pump never needed a super powerful compressor. This apply for most scooters out there!!!

    Thank you for the valuable info.
    I have NineBot G30 for about 2 months now and seem to need to inflate the tire on the back wheel every 1-2 days otherwise it has no pressure at all.
    I started pumping up before every ride ...
    I did the soapy water test around the rim edge edge and found 2 small leaks, one on each side.
    What do you recommend?
    Should I go ahead and prepare to take off the tire and put it back on?

    • @esnkaz
      @esnkaz  2 года назад

      Maybe time to replace the tire. Use clamps to pressure tire then 14" levers to remove. TO install back use 6 sipties on the tire and use no tools for installation. add a bit soupy water around the bead and add air. If rim has damages, do fix it before tire its installed.

      Had the same problem pumping before every ride. Bought non original tire and could not fit it on the rim. Afterward bought original tire but was unsuccessful because I could not fit it properly.
      Finally found this vid and the soapy water did the trick.
      Also check if it leaks air at the valve. It’s cheaper to replace. There is a vid on that.

    Great video, the best one on yt regarding G30 tire replacement.
    What is the length of your Spoon tire lever? Not sure what is more practical for Segway G30 tires, thera are two models with length of 290mm and longer with 370mm?
    Thanks.

      That’s hard to get explain as I would just tell you unplug them by pulling one connector with wire and then pull the other side jejeje

    Everytime I air it up there's the pinched spot on the bead everytime it's a brand new tire and I'm so aggravated with this. I'll try prying on it with spoon like you did but I'm almost convinced the tire is not really 60/75-6.5 even though it says that on the tire.

    • @esnkaz
      @esnkaz  2 года назад

      Ninebot Max Stock Tire size its 60/70-6.5 Do clean the bead properly and you should be ok. Need further assistance, write on EsnKaz FB group.

    Hi friend, thanks for the video! Do you know which hall sensors are used inside the g30 motor hub? I'm struggling to find that informantion to bring my scooter back to life and the orginal sensors were discarded without taking note of which model they were.

    • @esnkaz
      @esnkaz  Год назад

      Did your motor got smoke due to battery upgrade 48v?

    • @adriancovi
      @adriancovi Год назад

      @@esnkaz Not actually, I didn't upgrade it to 48V it is still orginal. But after a long hill down I've got some noise in the motor and error 18, hall sensors (and motor connectors melted). I brought it to a service that tried to replace the sensors but it never worked again. I found another service with more experience and his guess (after man different tests) is that the reason is that they've used different hall sensors than the ones that came in the motor.
      I'm trying to discover the stock hall sensor for weeks now, tried to buy a new motor but due to mail ad customs all orders were cancelled, so I couldn't bring it back to work yet.

    • @esnkaz
      @esnkaz  Год назад

      @@adriancovi Yea you made a mistake by trying to fix motor that was not damage. When Phase wires connectors melt never and I mean never the motor gets damage. You just needed to replace the controller and problem solve. I will strongly suggest to buy a bigger motor. 1000W they work on 36V. Mantis perhaps. I did repair a couple motors I burned myself from overload of use of 48V and they last about a month after sensor was replaced. Not worth it to fix all motor. Where are you located? I have used motors if you would want one. Contact me on my FB group Esnkaz Ninebot Max Evolution USA. I can give you one for free.

    Hi I have 5 tires that need replacement, I have gone threw 4 tubes and destroyed 1 tire in a day and still cannot get the bead to sit right, I have used lots of dish soap and even tried grease. My fingers are in in pain and still no luck any recommendations

    • @esnkaz
      @esnkaz  2 года назад +3

      Ninebot wheels don’t need tube. You possibly are using cheap tires. Get original tires and follow installation procedure. Never fail. I install tires all the time using this method

    How to remove the tire if it's melted to the rim

    Off topic but does anyone know how to remove the yellow stripes from the rims ? I have tried a heat gun and also acetone but they seem to be painted / stuck on pretty good ? id like to jiust have the matt black rims with no colour ...

    • @esnkaz
      @esnkaz  2 года назад +1

      I would thing you will need to sand it then prime it and spray paint after. Rear rim simply put the scooter to run use a 150 sand paper to start place it gently on the side of the rim scooter running on max speed of 10mph to remove that paint takes a few minutes using same method done here with bead cleaning.

      @@badlands5527 Slime doesnt dry unless tire is damage and with no air sitting. The purpose of slime its to seal small holes and stays liquid for month or years... Dont worry about it and replace the tire as soon as it doesnt hold air in.
