My favourite thing about Warframe is, no matter how long its been since I played there is some people with 30000+ hours in the game telling new players there is nothing to do. Just incredible frame of mind.

It's our mindset that changes. I have around 2500 hours in Warframe, and while it was fun, you realize later there's absolutely nothing to do. Every mission is the same, the combat system is boring, gameplay is stale since years ago.. There's no reason anymore to farm weapons, frames or any other item. There is no reason to upgrade your character, no reason to level up.. Where to use those new weapons? Where to use those new frames? Everything is a tool to farm the next item easier, but then what?
I'm not looking for end game, i'm just looking for a new combat system and movement animations. I want to use my weapons and frames with joy, just killing enemies and having fun without thinking about the mission or the goal. But you can't do that in Warframe, because the gameplay itself is not fun. Like for example, i can turn on Ghost Recon Wildlands just to shoot some sicarios and clear enemy bases because it's fun, even though i maxed my character and there's nothing to do anymore, i still play it daily because the gameplay is juicy. But Warframe gameplay is so outdated.. The Avengers has million times better gameplay.
Warframe sure as hell ain't perfect, but it's right up there with Monster Hunter and Dark Souls for my favorite PLAY experience EVER. It's just fun as hell, man.
Oh so basically you need nazaroth shards to build the incubator power cell in order to create a zulos to unlock the gabagoo so that you can exprize the zephyron of kek, after which the zoblid of anakin opens which, after 5 days, will eventually give you the heisenberg crystal.
with this heisenberg crystal and a cats anoose you can build the xenomorph which, alongside a rizz shart and some of Ryan Reynold’s seamen, are all you need to craft the shartbox warframe basic el cheapo’s left small toe.
This is what it felt like when I was trying to wrap my head around an old, abandoned account from my childhood not 5 minutes ago.
Warframe has turned into one of those games that are so big that is scares newbies away. even me as a returning player its all just all too much for me to jump back into.

When does he answer the questions most people who dropped this game years ago... Is this game still grindy AF? Do I still have to pay platinum to get more Warframe and weapons slots? Do I still have to wait three days to actually play the Warframe I grinded hours to get or pay platinum once again. Come on man if it's more important to try and get those sweet sweet sponsors rather than being straight up with your audience at least be honest about it
You can get some slots from nightwave and you can get platinum from trading (which honestly could be way easier than farming the premium currency in helldivers for example). They added a quest that gives super good gear that any player (including day one newbies) can access which means you can easily get stuff that seasoned players would want while also giving you the option to farm a warframe from a selection of multiple og ones without relying on rng.
The devs also made sure to actually fix the warframe farms now, so you can basically get any new frame guaranteed since they all have a pity system so no more 20 hour farms for a single warframe part you need.
@@Lord_Chibithis is interesting….. so sounds like not as grindy but what about the time it takes for warframes to be playable? I was thinking about getting back into it but don’t have the time to wait around on stuff
@@gilallday1 those sadly still exist but if you trade for the premium currency you can pretty reliably skip the timer. My recommendation is to only skip the Warframes themselves since everything else (including Warframe parts) only take 12 hours to craft. Alternatively you can just buy the frames directly with the currency and you'll get a free slot and bypass the time gate.

i just got back into warframe 4 days ago i started late 2014 and stopped early 2016 or so and man has it been a ride trying to get used to all this content i’ve missed out on lmao i was mr15 so i’m excited to use all this new gear!

Been looking for informative videos since I was able to recov my account from 2016 thanks to cross save. You’re the best video I’ve come across so far. Now I gotta find a clan and some ppl to play with. Was a day one destiny player and need something to play since it’s at its lowest point but I love this genre. Warframe does everything right but it’s overwhelming as fuck.

Returning player here (haven't played in nearly 3 years) @11:11 that dash you did with your Operator. I used to be able to do that for long distances by changing those together. About a year ago I logged in to try to play and found the Focus Trees were refunded due to a complete system overhaul. I sat down for an hour going over my refunded points and allocating them, only to be too concerned about not knowing what I was doing and canceling my changes before logging out.
I swear, after watching this video I'm still feeling a bit lost. Guess I just have to jump back in and find out.
As a 10 year veteran who took a couple breaks here and there, I'm still having a blast and enjoying it a lot. Playing with friends, exploring crazy builds, endurance runs......list goes on.
Does it get boring sometimes? Sure......but I always come back lol.
It's just that 1 game for me where I can sit back, relax, play, and listen to some music.
If they can add raid type content I will finally have my reason to ditch destiny once and for all. But I still enjoy fighting the teralysts bosses, wish we got more of these type of encounters tho
I think it's kinda funny that he makes videos for new players, but most of the people that watch his content have been playing the game for a while, but we still watch the new player videos. And they're always good too
Are you serious? He literally has perfect timing! He must have known that Warframe launches on Mobile in less than 3 days on iOS first!! Android is in closed beta that anyone can sign up for and hopefully get an invite to. There is going to be a crap ton of us first time players to Warframe, so his video is super relevant!!!!! Warframe mobile is not a watered down version but literally the same exact game that it is on PC and switch with cross progression and trading !!

The problem is the game is so convoluted, nobody new or returning has any clue what to do or how to do it and there is ZERO tutorials in the game. You have to watch tons of youtube vids, basically the same issue this game has had for like 6 years.
Yeah… overwhelming. You have to kind of trial and error through it unfortunately
I don't mind that, but i'm bored of the gameplay. Same old combat system, same old movement and animations, same old underwhelming abilities.. Nobody even enjoys playing the game anymore, everyone is rushing to extract or they use AoE to clear maps. Fighting and movement is the main point of Warframe, yet they haven't changed the gameplay for years. They should take some examples from The Avengers, Spiderman, Batman, God Of War, Devil May Cry, Wukong: Black Myth, Gotham Nights.. All those games have a juicy and fluid combat system, it's so fun you don't even care about the mission, you just wanna battle enemies. But in Warframe, the combat is so boring you want to avoid battle and just finish the mission quickly.
This is Warframe in a nutshell:
Step 1: Spam E for melee attack (the melee animation only has 2 sequences regardless of stance mod, so you get the same animation pattern over and over again)
Step 2: Shoot an AoE weapon because every other weapon type is underwhelming, if it's not AoE there's no reason to use it.
Step 3: Bulletjump, roll, bulletjump, roll, bulletjump, roll.
Step 4: Use only 1 ability per frame, because every frame has only 1 useful ability, the rest of abilities are useless gimmicks.
Step 5: Rush to extract.
Im glad they changed stuff up. Returning player and I got tired of the same farm reputation mechanic
I have known the game for years through the Shawzin compilation and Frame's trailers but didn't have time and a good PC to play it, is it good to start playing the game blind right now?
As someone who just returned to the game about a week ago after not playing for a couple years, The New War may very well be the absolute best quest line I’ve ever experienced in any game. The story telling, the gameplay, the cutscenes were all just ridiculously amazing.
I just came back after like a 4 year hiatus. I'm having a blast.

I appreciate this video, every person I try to get on wf lasts about a month and they give. I wonder how I made it to 3700+ hours by myself. Love this game since the start and watching all the graphic updates, new things, and how DE is so active and responsive to the community. Yea man good video.😊
Just returned to it (Im a veteran player)...I did play every once in a while but...not really, I havent really completed anything since Kuva livhes releases so Ive got sooo much to do, im really enjoying it atm and spend 50 hours since last week, Warframe is a game that Ive enjoyed on and off since 2015 when it released on Ps4. Its to this day probably my favourit game and Ill be grinding for a long while now :)

As a vet who came back last week and stopped a few years ago when plains of eidolon came out ( I stopped playing exactly when trinity-link sancti castana nuke build was out)... I didn't know how much I missed this game from playing all those years before. It made me miss it and appreciate where the game has gone since the ps3 nova molecular prime would crash the game ....

Hm i do not mind working the work here, but as a long gone returning player, it is really damn hard to know what are the priorities. I have pages of quests to do, some quests are turning out to be too hard and it is not at all clear how i am getting stronger. Looting those random brown mods ain't helping 😅

Of course it's worth it, i just got back after 8 years of hibernation and the fun part is im still strong, i just need a little bit of tweak to catch up with steel path and that's it. It is so casual and welcoming that's what i really love about warframe, no pressure just pure destruction.

I also quit shortly after Plains was added, so far enjoy the grind back(like 2 days ago), gotta figure out all of these new mechanics though. I started on ps4 and just randomly found out you can actual bind the console account to PC.

Been back about 3 weeks now. Played about 8 years ago give or take. Started fresh again and about 100hrs in now. Game is great. Master rank 11 so far. Started with Mag, which was a good choice personally. Favourite frame I've tried so far?...Nezha maybe? Zephyr tied first? They're fun and fast. Trying to wrap my head around making my Necramech to finish the main quests and stuff but it's just been a good time in general all the way through.

@@TheGuyWith3Legs Expect a lot of grind, tidious beginner weapons that you will never want to use since they are borderline useless and tidious beginner quests with no flavor. Later you will be mad at syndicate grinding and how game stops you from farming full rank cause your mastery rank only allows you certain ammount of syndicate points. I have about 5k hours in WF but game have A LOT of problems that should just be simplified or removed..
Last time I played Warframe was when mirage prime dropped. I always wanted to come back and did when cross play dropped. All the farming I did back then payed off. Lmao had 3000 plat and several frame sets easy transition back 😂. Love the videos man I used your khora build to get back assimilated into the game. Great content keep it up
After finally having a gaming laptop.. I am very new to Warframe
I am also new to Warframe, played first time today :D and love it so far!
As a veteran one tip I can give you. Complete the star chart and quests. Warframe gets interesting after that.
I just starting to play it
I usually quit playing for 6-12 months, come back for 2-3 weeks and get bored since new skins and quirky new mechanics like transforming a weapon don’t hide repetition and squad mates who rage quit. It’s always cool to play for a few weeks before going back to other games for a year 😅
I mean I used to play WF a lot back then on ps4. I came back for cross save and I'm playing from time to time again. I say try the game again :)
It's 2024, don't say a game is like Diablo, it lowers the game by 10 tiers instantly.
I started Warframe when Duviri released. MY GOD! I hate that I never played this A LOT earlier! Ever since then, I've literally been playing everyday and I'm MR 28. SO GOOD!

I came back for cross save and honestly the game changed for the better.

I played Warframe for years on PS4 - introduced to it by the very first Skillup video I ever watched, his review of the base game. I played until around The Plains of Eidelon. Roughly one year ago I finally got my hands on a PS5, when I did I sold my PS4, old TV and the entirety of my PS4 PSN to my friend.
I knew downloading Warframe would mean starting from scratch but I was curious how it looked on PS5 so I downloaded it and picked Duviri. I wasn't really feeling the gameplay in Duviri but was captivated by the setting and implications of the story (though I didn't fully understand it). So, not sure how long I'd be stuck in DP I put the game down again.
Fast forward to like 2 weeks ago, the PS5 showed a Warframe story in my feed about the Prime Resurgence where about a dozen or so Prime frames were available. I thought, I'll look what frames there are and if they got my girl Saryn I'll buy her immediately because she was my favorite back when I played regularly. Sure enough, not only did I grab Saryn but Mesa as well.
I haven't looked back and am addicted all over again. I had no idea how Helminth worked even though I've heard people talk about it. I'm kind of sad I sold Excalibur but I don't think I'll need any of his abilities and if there's one I REALLY need, I can always sacrifice Umbra. Oh god help me, I'm addicted to Warframe again.

Love the consistent uploads im a returning player I’ve been playing since 2018 mr12 I wanted to ask about an updated steel path guide like how hard is it? Because I have trouble against regular enemies on the star chart well mostly surviving on deimos when farming aya plus I still don’t have any primary or secondary arcane adapters and would really love to get some but steel path is the only place to get them
I have been waiting like kingpin with a pen for the first descendant to come out
The sad part is it's slow ass unlike warframe which is snappy and fast pace but we will see once they basically come out in the market to test it out again

6 moths ago before upgrading, I used to play on i5 4th and 750ti with 12 GB rams, it was running fine for me i would recommend atleast 6th gen processor and 1050ti, i may be wrong but IMO this is a minimum for decent gameplay
a Potato PC will run the game just fine. Modern intergrated graphics can easily run the game at 1080p low settings

I ready to get absolutely waterboarded by the new content. I played for about half a year straight and quit around 2018, and even at that time, I still feel there was a good amount of content I didn't touch.
I have Prime excalibur from xbox one release.. sadly to this day, you cant play with that account from your PC. Kinda wasted and why i dont really wanna play from new again..
