That Lightbulb Moment When Enough is Enough

I felt guided to make this video and discuss the moment when after being on the receiving end of narcissistic behaviours and abusive treatment for prolonged amounts of time something will inevitably happen when the penny drops and a clear realisation occurs that the situationship we have been in with the narcissist should and really can not go on. Despite this it can be easy to miss the opportunity to break free… it is easy to start doubting - especially when due to the nature of the relationship we are likely to have been in a fog or had a metaphorical blindfold placed over our eyes. This is a message to anyone who is reeling from a discard or who has ended the relationship with the narcissist and questioning if they did the right thing to remember how you felt during that time. In your core only you will know what the truly right thing to do is but remenber the lightbulb or tower moment when your whole essence told you that the set up with this person was not right. Always follow your instinct and inner guidance to the best of your ability, you are on the right path and this is a process which can be painful but is allowing you to evolve and grow.

Yes it can take so much of people’s time and energy - there comes a time when we need to stop thinking about them and live the future we deserve, so very true
